The doctor gave good advice. But it is not suitable for people who live far away and have a hard time following up continuously. Because the admin staff who answered the Line were quite confused. Sometimes when asked, they gave random answers. I had a hair transplant twice. 1. The first time, the shock of the service was I traveled from Siriraj Hospital to get a hair transplant. I didn't eat lunch. I was very hungry and almost fainted. The doctor came to assess the hair transplant. Everything was okay. He even asked if I had eaten anything. Then he ordered the sales staff to order food for me. The doctor emphasized it twice. The staff didn't order it. Until I was really about to faint, I asked if I could order food before OR. The staff said, "Is it okay to eat after the procedure?" I was afraid that the customer would have a bloated stomach because I had to lie face down (shouldn't I ask the customer whether they wanted to eat before or after the procedure?). But in the end, I told them that I couldn't do it. So he ordered s&p bread for me, that was it. I didn't say anything about this dissatisfaction. 2. When the doctor assessed my hair, he said that my hair was genetic, from both my father and mother, causing thinning hair + hair loss, sensitive to DHT. The same sales person secretly looked at my head for a moment. (This is something I was very dissatisfied with) But I didn't criticize or tell the shop anything. The 3 things that made me complain to the clinic were that I ordered products via Line and they forgot to send them. This made me feel that the service was not worth the price at all. I asked about dressing the wound at the back of the head, whether I could wash it with water (the instructions only said to avoid getting the graft area wet), not about the wound at the back of the head.
