This is a full service dentistry hospital. I picked this dental clinic because they offer nitrous oxide. It is getting harder and harder to find. So far, I have had a positive experience here, although getting appointments isn't as quick as I would like. Be sure to schedule in advance because this clinic gets busy.

I went to have my teeth cleaned. The cleaning was performed by a dentist and two assistants. Everything seemed pretty normal until the dentist inserted the tip of the scaling tool into the top of one of my front teeth, pushed it down and rocked it back and forth. In the moment and to this day, I believe she was trying to damage my tooth. Thankfully, my tooth didn't suffer major damage, but I experienced painful sensitivity for weeks afterwards. She and other staff also tried to sell me procedures I didn't need and had never expressed any interest in. This dental hospital seems to be far more interested in making money than taking good care of its patients and, if there is a hell for doctors who intentionally harm their patients, I expect to find this dentist there one day.

Very professional team. Dr. Paworn was exceptionally kind, took the time to explain to me the causes of my pain with images and diagrams so that I understood clearly. Far from the contempt of French Drs... I had treatment and the price was very reasonable (around €20 for the consultation and medication)

Dr. Suthasinee is very kind. My son is a bit afraid of dentistry. But the doctor talked slowly. And comforted the little one until he finished his dental work well. I didn't rush to do it, but talked slowly until the little one trusted me. The staff and assistants were all lovely 😊

The services are good, but you need to pay close attention to avoid being charged for services you haven’t clearly agreed to. Be cautious and double-check everything before confirming. You might even be asked to pay before seeing the receipt — it seems to be a sales tactic they use. This dental hospital seems to be far more interested in making money than taking good care of its patients. At the end of the day, the extra money charged is not the end of the world for me. What makes me sad is that it made lose the confidence in the doctor and BIDH clinic.

I recently got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Suphachai, on oral surgeon at BIDH. He was great. Got it done quickly with minimal pain. Also, very friendly and speaks good English. The price will vary depending on your teeth, but for your reference I paid THB 5,000 per tooth (my teeth were not impacted or complicated) + medication and THB 300 sterilization fee. I had my own x-ray so I didn’t to pay for it, but if you need one I was quoted THB 1,600 per film for the full jaw. The whole staff at BIDH was kind and helpful, but I want to give a special thank you to Susan who helped me book the appointment ASAP. She made the process super easy and painless.

Dr. Phurin has been fantastic. He is very professional and helpful, explaining step by step what your procedure entails. He answers all of your questions with clarity. I was a bit scared about my tooth implant, but thanks to Dr. Phurin I am very satisfied with my choice of BIDH and the procedures I went through. I will probably come back to BIDH for any dental needs and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist. The staff all speak fluent English and are professional, kind, and helpful.
