Came for an accident on Sunday, used insurance rights, counter had a blank face, acted busy, spoke curtly, didn't really welcome me with pleasure, even though I was the first line of defense that should have been welcomed. As for the staff pushing the wheelchair, the doctor, and the nurse taking my pulse, the service was good. The doctor treated me and thought about what to claim and how. Made an appointment to see the symptoms continuously, not just treat and let the patient handle the rights themselves (didn't have to wait long this time, had to wait a long time the last time)
