After extensive research and comparing options in Korea, China, and Thailand, I ultimately chose Thailand—and it turned out to be the perfect decision. Not only was the cost more competitive, but the quality of care exceeded my expectations.
From the initial consultation to post-operative care, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism. Dr. Pichet, my surgeon, was outstanding. During our first meeting, he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. His calm demeanour, extensive experience, and clear communication immediately put my mind at ease, especially since I had been feeling quite anxious before the surgery.
The clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Dr. Pichet’s entire team was warm, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed at every step, from pre-surgery preparations to aftercare instructions. I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. We had all the benefits everyone else has mentioned, car transfers to and from our hotel for every follow up appointment, daily contact from Ms Tak, and a transfer back to the airport with a generous supply of meds and dressings etc. We are so grateful for this life-changing surgery and for the way we were looked after at BPS Clinic.

Customer of Bangkok Plastic Surgery, from USA. I had a neck lift and liposuction scheduled, we added a chin lift at the recommendation of Dr. Rodchareon. Overall it was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! Generally I'm very happy with the results, notably the neck and chin procedures. The liposuction results are still in process. I was told I'll see the best results after a few months. I'm optimistic.
Bangkok Plastic Surgery is a well run operation with a focus on customer satisfaction, and optimal results.
I'll likely come back for a touch-up (facelift) in the near future.
The operations went smoothly, in a few hours. Recovery went fairly smoothly. Wearing compression bandages on head and stomach for extended periods was tiring but, expected. Medication helped me deal with any discomfort I experienced. Minimal pain, just some general soreness.
All in all, I'm very happy with the results.
No worries, everyone will take care of you, especially the doctor's assistant, Tak. She will keep communicating with you until your done and on your way home.
Appointments in office, (1) preop day before surgery, (2) surgery, (3) bandage removal in a couple of days, (4) stitches removal one week post surgery and (5) final checkup before you return home (fly). The clinic supplies drivers to/from appointments. Class A treatment.

Dr Pichet and Ms Tak were brilliant from start to finish. They organised pick up and drop off as soon as we arrived, from the airport, to all hospital visits and back and then to the airport when we left. They were accommodating and eased any concerns. So grateful for all the care and support I have been given by Dr Pichet and Ms Tak and all the wonderful staff
Dr Pichet is an amazing surgeon and takes his job very seriously, the stitches are so neat, and he went over and above with the after care, he is kind and caring but also very very thorough with all his work, I was given intravenous antibiotics a few times , ordered any food needed and gave all the dressings and creams etc for after care, also gave me 2 support bras..
Ms Tak answered swiftly whenever I messaged her via whatsapp, she even came to our hotel to do dressings after she finished work , I have never had this amazing care anywhere,
They did blood tests , ECG, chest xray all included in price , amazing.. even found things that my Doctor in Australia didn't know about..
Would highly recommend the Bangkok Plastic Surgery Centre and would not hesitate to come back ..
