I couldn’t find my previous review after came back to re-polish my filling and I just doing that they didn’t told me that if wanna remove coffee color should do the airflow cleaning and price is different….which means I need do one more time cleaning….normally they will let you know the situation right but….anyway will not come back again for sure.

I came here after reading the good reviews and requested a check-up and cleaning - but the experience was not up to my expectations. The dentist scraped my teeth so quickly and carelessly that it was unlike anything I had ever experienced with other dentists. She claimed it was due to my gum recession, but I can tell the discomfort was also from the speed at which she moved the sharp instrument(and very minimum care when I reacted to the pain). I also didn’t feel that my plaque was properly cleaned. Additionally, she didn’t notice that a filling had come off until I pointed it out. I have a couple of cavities but she didn’t even care to check its depth. A more thorough and careful examination would make the visit worth the money. Also, on the day of the appointment, they asked me to come in earlier since they are available. I said I can’t, and the operator didn’t sound happy. I have my own plans, and they should respect that.

I came to get a tooth extraction here while I was in Bangkok for a few months (along with a few follow-ups). The place is spotless and the staff are all extremely kind and professional. I was always able to make appointments easily via WhatsApp, and language barriers were never an issue. I’m glad that I chose BIDC for my dental visits during this trip.

Quick and easy to make an appointment via line or WhatsApp. They were able to get both my husband and I in quickly, and with back to back appointments which was convenient. Staff all spoke great English. Office was nice and clean. Our 6mo checkups were easy and with no issues.

When you pay a certain amount for something that anybody can do you expect certain level of service at least. The service was poor, the venue smell was awful and it was not a high end experience at all, felt very cheap. THEY EVEN CHARGE US FOR THE TOOTH BRUSH AND THE TOOH PASTE lol so bad 😂 I don’t even think the review here are real 🙄

We came here because of a tooth ache emergency while visiting Bangkok as tourists for a week. A friend recommended this place. We were received very quickly. Within 10 minutes a dentist was already assigned to us. In less than 1 hour everything was solved at a good price. The service level is also very good. I would recommend coming here if you have a tooth ache.
