Desde hace unos pocos años el tema de pedir cita en consulta está muy mal, dando cita para dentro de 4 ó 5 meses. Y no veo que las cuotas hayan bajado. Por otra parte, la impuntualidad en atenderte en consultas es un mal crónico; raro es que te cojan cuando te han citado, y eso que intento que me den la primera hora, pero si incluso así te cogen 15 minutos tarde, ese día el desmadre está asegurado. Eso sí, la atención del personal sigue siendo buenísima y una vez que estás en consulta, las pruebas que te tienen que hacer van bastante rápido.

El personal de la Clínica Universidad de Navarra es excepcional, llevó años asistiendo a la Clínica y nunca jamás he tenido ningún problema.
El personal médico es excepcional, enfermería más amables y profesionales no pueden ser, en urgencias te atienden pronto y te cuidan mucho.
Las instalaciones están muy bien.
Cuando entro me siento cuidada y atendida.
No me siento representada en esos comentarios negativos y llevo muchos años asistiendo a la Clínica.
El Doctor Gallofré, endocrino.
Nos ha tratado a mi hija y a mí y es el doctor más amable y encantador que he hemos conocido, además de su excelente profesionalidad gracias a su dilatada experiencia médica.
Me ha sorprendido muchísimo ese comentario.
Es cierto que ahora no te dan tan rápido las visitas con especialistas.
Supongo que ya están poniendo remedio a ese problema.

Fui por una segunda opinión. Y me resolvieron mi problema lo que no hacían en mi ciudad de residencia. En la CUN ni se lo plantearon. Ojalá no necesite de sus cuidados de nuevo.
