I won’t be coming back here.
I had a tooth removed on 27.05 by Dr. Armando — the procedure itself went fine, and the healing process was smooth. However, the situation during my first visit left a very unpleasant impression.
After the initial examination, when I was already prepared for a standard extraction, the doctor suddenly quoted a “new” price — €150 instead of €90 — claiming that additional surgical intervention was needed. But I knew for certain that the tooth didn’t require surgery. Once I refused to pay the higher price, it suddenly turned out that the procedure could be done without any extra intervention.
This kind of behavior raises serious doubts about honesty and integrity. It felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, rather than genuinely helping. As a patient, I felt deceived.
Today (03.06) I came in to have the stitches removed — everything went fine. But I will not be returning to this clinic. I believe it’s important to share this experience so others can be aware.

Erinomainen hammaslääkäriasema. Turistillekin sopiva, koska asiointi hoituu myös englanniksi.
Juurihoito ja vanhan hampaan päälle laitettiin uusi kruunu. Hammas on vaivannut minua vuosia, ei vaivaa enää. Kiitos. Lisäksi hammaskiven poisto.
Suomalaisittain edullinen hintataso. Ensi vuonna tulen uudestaan vuositarkastukseen ja hammaskiven poistoon.
Jatko kertomus... helmikuussa 2025 kruunu irtosi syödessä Oululaisen jälkiuunipalaa... apua... clinica Dental Omegalta sitä saa. Kruunu betonoitiin uudestaan paikalleen. Toivottavasti pysyy nyt paremmin. Eikä maksanut (tietenkään) mitään. Suosittelen edelleen.

I arrived at the clinic in terrible pain! Within minutes I was given a same-day appointment for an X-ray and inspection. Following diagnosis, another appointment was offered, later in the day, for root canal treatment on two teeth. The expertise of the team combined with the employment of the latest technology made this operation a painless and first class experience! So much so, that I arranged a flight to come back to the clinic for the subsequent fitting of specially designed crowns. I must make special mention with respect to the skill and professionalism of Dr Armando Amselem. Thank you, Clínica Dental Omega!

Well, I agree the Members of Stuff are very friendly, and so is the Manager of this establishment. But, if you are looking for implant services, I would think twice. It has been a good year now since I have started my treatment with them. I believe you should be led in such case by one doctor only. No, they changed in my case. Dr Miriam was supposed to install only temporary crowns for a few months. She did. And they fell off when I just boarded my plane back to Zurich - after 2 or 3 days. I was coming back home with…exactly, with what? From the beginning, I was treated by Dr. Mattia, who is good but, he was not available that day and I got her. My impression that day, while sitting on a chair, that she was more interested in leaving the clinic on time, than treating me! Whatever her commitments were at the time! I had to book my flight back to Malaga soon after to have all of these fixed. And he did. Dr Mattia. Now, just 2 months ago, he was finishing off my last implant. Everything was fine after. No pain, great personal approach. But, 2 months after, my implant is moving around, it is a bit painful and makes a horrible discomfort! I have texted the Clinic and they suggested me to have my implant tightened where I live. In Switzerland! Which would cost me more than a thousand of francs / euros! So, they fucked up the treatemsnt and now, they suggest to have it fixed in Switzerland. Sorry, but now. They are nice people but, I would think twice before signing a contact with them for implants!

Fui por una medio urgencia, por un dolor de muela que podría ser en plan tener infección y la Dra. que me atendió, una chica joven, me daba la sensación que tenía casi yo más conocimientos que ella. Sin ser dentista ni tener intención de suplantar, uno siente las molestias que tiene y ya después de años de vida puedes ir bien orientado a que puedas tener alguna infección y la forma de tratarla es antibiótico, posible endodoncia, etc pues la Dra. aunque barajaba esa opción, me decía y lo veía como la 1a opción mejor limarme un poco la muela porque podrían ser molestias a causa de morder, obvio que no le dejé que hiciera eso. Una semana más tarde, en la clínica donde voy normalmente, lo vieron claro y es hacer una endodoncia. Vamos que si me hubiera fiado de la Dra. me hubiera limado/rebajado para nada. Luego acepté porque tampoco tenía muchas más opciones, que me cobrasen 30 euros por hacerme una receta del antibiótico que a ellos les cuesta CERO. Mi experiencia personal nefasta. Añadir por último, a título informativo, que está feo entre trabajadores, auxiliar y Dra, hablar mal de la chica de recepción en presencia de los clientes, "poniéndola verde"... en fin....
Tengo que añadir que les he pedido una factura por el servicio abonado y me están dando largas porque llevo esperando 1 semana algo que se hace en 5 minutos y de hecho estoy llamando y no me cogen el tfno, me tendrán en "bloqueado" por decir la verdad sobre el trato recibido, pero bueno es lo que se puede esperar de un sitio así...
