Acabo de dar a luz en el Hospital Quirónsalud y no puedo estar más agradecida. Todo el personal sanitario fue excepcional: las matronas me acompañaron con muchísimo cariño y profesionalidad, siempre pendientes de que me sintiera tranquila y segura.
El anestesista me atendió con mucha cercanía y cuidado, explicándome todo con claridad.
Los ginecólogos que me atendieron fueron amables y muy profesionales.
Las auxiliares me cuidaron con mucha dedicación y cercanía. Me enseñaron muchas cosas sobre el cuidado del bebé y realizaron todas las pruebas con mucha delicadeza, siempre pendientes del bienestar del recién nacido.
En cuanto a la comida, es variada, bien preparada y muy rica, algo que se agradece especialmente en esos días.
En resumen, me sentí muy bien cuidada, cómoda y tranquila durante toda mi estancia. Ha sido una experiencia muy positiva que recordaré siempre con mucho cariño. Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo del hospital.

El parking es complicado de encontrar y llegar.
Seguí a un coche y encontré donde aparcar. Las indicaciones confunden indica un cartel salida y según avanzas un cartel de parking y confunde a la vez. Luego pregunté a una mujer que salía me dijo que es complicado y ella no podría indicarme cuál o cómo entrar al parking indicado. Ella entró y poco más me dijo. Seguro por vergüenza no dijo nada más, el punto es que luego entraba una persona del recinto y me dijo más o menos lo mismo. Todo confunde, y es confuso. Espero que lo resuelvan pronto, cuando salí de la consulta con una profesional de otro lugar más cercano a mi domicilio. Le expliqué lo sucedido. También tuve problemas con los “totems” no me salió en la pantalla mi hora de cita, además de tener otra nomenclatura; los caracteres son distintos a los de la de Aravaca, la Clínica Milagrosa, El Hospital Santa Elena. Por supuesto no me refiero a que sean iguales a los de la seguridad pública pero la diferencia es que pagando seguridad privada no funcionan. Hice cola en la sección que indicaba y esperé a que me atendieran, le indiqué que no me funcionaba y me respondió que a veces se traba. ¿? Vaya tecnología de robots. Menos mal que existe personal del hospital privado. Estuve por la mañana, no sé cómo será la urgencia. Y tampoco querría saber. Anexo algunas fotos, no sé si están en el orden correcto. A pesar de que iba con anterioridad a la cita, tampoco podía perder el tiempo buscando respuestas… preguntas a las respuestas que me obligaban a preguntar y dirigirme al personal de recepción.
Por lo demás, se ve limpio, hay muchos carteles, que confunden. Y mi doctora estaba ocupada pero ella se toma su tiempo con los pacientes hasta 2 horas he esperado a por ella. Se llama Amparo Martínez. Es minuciosa, detallista, conoce tus detalles y la dosis de medicación se la sabe de memoria.
Es una doctora joven, espero me aguante muchos años. Iré al Hospital Universitario QUIRÓNSALUD, por ella. Espero seguir con ella porque es de lo mejor. Me mandó un montón de análisis: analítica, un PFAFF, cambió medicación. Porque lo que tomo es infantil. Y tampoco soy una bebé.
Suerte y saludos. Están de obras por la carretera contraria cuando vas, pero vale y merece la pena encontrar un profesional como ella. Sabe las reacciones de los medicamentos unos con otros; cosa que muchos médicos no lo saben.

Because of the snowstorm we had to reschedule a pcr test for traveling purposes several times. In the weekend they responded immediately by email, and in the week days immediately by phone. Rescheduling was no problem. Very friendly staff (test location hospital La Luz). The pcr was taken at 4:30 in the afternoon and the results were already available by 8 the next morning.

A family member was treated here and have nothing but good things to say about doctors and nurses when you are physically there. First time I feel doctors from different departments actually communicate with each other. The only bad thing is that it’s really hard to get anything done by phone which very frustrating.

I wouldn't go here if you are an international patient without insurance. They will charge you 500 euros for a blood test and a scan. In saying that, the doctors and staff were friendly and professional.
