He ido dos veces. Una para hacer una consulta y la otra para hacer un estudio de SIBO. Atendienden muy rápido no te hacen esperar. En cuanto al estudio, lo tienen súper bien orquestado, son 3 hs y tienen bien montado el proceso. Han sido todas muy amables!

El trato recibido por parte de la Dra. Ximena Benítez no pudo ser más desagradable. Nunca me había tratado tan mal un profesional de la salud. Me habló con asco y desdén y me culpabilizó por mis síntomas, me dijo que “debería controlar un poquito más”. No puedo hablar por la clínica en su totalidad ni me he visitado con otro médico aquí (de hecho vine recomendada), pero definitivamente no recomendaría a nadie verse con esta señora

Visité a la Dra. Sara Galter muchas veces en 2021, cuando mi estómago estaba en muy mal estado. Había perdido 10 kg en pocos meses, me sentía constantemente con náuseas y no podía comer. Su respuesta, en lugar de ofrecer soluciones o intentar nuevos tratamientos, fue que debía tener paciencia y que esas cosas se resuelven solas con el tiempo; según ella, era una “enfermedad de mujeres jóvenes”.
Después de seis meses recibiendo la misma respuesta, estaba angustiada, sin paciencia, y dejé de acudir a sus consultas. Resultó que tenía cáncer de tiroides. Por suerte, otros médicos más empáticos lo detectaron a tiempo.
Escribo esto ahora, después de varios años en los que he logrado estabilizar mi condición y he sido tratada por mejores médicos digestivos en hospitales de mayor calidad. Ahora puedo ver la diferencia y reflexionar sobre lo peligroso que fue su enfoque. Ella me hizo creer que el problema era yo, no la enfermedad, y estuve a punto de rendirme.
Espero que ningún otro paciente tenga que pasar por lo mismo.

Una clínica de 10, me visite con DR. Paternina y DR. Duran y me atendieron super bien, me resolvieron todas mis dudas también tengo que decir que las chicas y chicos de recepción, enfermería ,auxiliares majísimos, un equipo buenísimo, volvería ha repetir sin duda.
