Dos horas y media de espera para que visiten a mi hija en urgencias la sala estaba prácticamente por no decir vacía sale una administrativa llamándole la atención a una señora por qué le estaba diciendo que llevaba dos horas de espera que le diera una explicación y encima gritándole.

VERGONZOSO!! Pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja poner menos. Mi hermano de 9 años acudió a urgencias por vomitos verdes y dolor muy fuerte en la barriga. No le hicieron ninguna prueba y lo mandaron para casa con un diagnóstico de una supuesta “gastroenteritis”. El niño en 24h solo ha hecho que empeorar y hemos decido llevarlo al Hospital de Nens de Barcelona, le han hecho pruebas (como todo médico debería hacerlas) y le van a operar de urgencias porque tiene PERITONITIS.
Una negligencia médica clarísima! No le llegamos a llevar a otro hospital y el niño se muere por que le ha reventado la apéndice.
ES VERGONZOSO, QUE CLASE DE PROFESIONALES TENÉIS EN ESTE HOSPITAL?? LES HAN REGALADO EL TÍTULO

Esto es una vergüenza. Tenía hora a las 09:00. A las 08:50 estaba en el mostrador. Me hacen pasar a la salita. 09:45 me hacen pasar a la consulta! 45min perdidos. La consulta con la doctora ha durado, literalmente 6 minutos, donde lo único que me han hecho es enviarme al mostrador a que pida cita para hacerme una prueba de intolerancia. 09:52 volvemos a la sala de espera, a la espera de que nos atiendan en el mostrador. 10:13 me llaman del mostrador. 10:15 me voy con un papel y hora para septiembre.
Cuál es el problema? Porque tampoco había tanta gente esperando. Y hay por lo menos 7 doctores visitando. Para perder este tiempo pago lo que pago de seguro médico? "Asistencia rápida y eficaz" dicen. Vergonzoso es lo que digo yo. Una pérdida de tiempo absurda, cómo si la gente no tuviera que ir a trabajar.

Por más que lo intento no entiendo por qué trabajáis por email sin posibilidad de que el paciente pueda llamar. Es cierto que llamáis vosotros, pero desde centralita, y si en ese momento no lo puedes coger, no hay opción de devolver la llamada a nº de centralita. Definitivamente hay cosas que no se pueden tratar con varios emails de ida y vuelta, y punto. Mucho margen de mejora en cuanto a 'trato humano'.

El dia 29/05 naciò Anna y los papis queren agredecer la profesionlidad y el trato de nuestras Matronas Cristina y Gemma y de todo el equipo de urgencias.
Todos y cada uno de los profesionales que nos atendieron (enfermer@s, auxiliares ginecólogas, pediatras, etc) tuvieron un trato con nosotros excelente y demostraron ser profesionales con talento y vocación.
