Es absolutamente ridículo que cada vez que llame me tenga que pasar mínimo 50 minutos. Entre el contestador automático, las trabajadoras y trabajadores pasándose la llamada unos a otros y las pocas ganas de trabajar... Y todo para no solucionar mis necesidades.
Hace casi 3 semanas tuve la última visita con el traumatólogo, llevo desde entonces intentando que me envíen el informe. Sin él no puedo empezar con las 20 sesiones de rehabilitación que me mandó hacer. He hablado 10 veces por teléfono y enviado varios mails, siempre me dicen sí sí sí, pero aún no he recibido el informe. Si no me lo mandan no puedo conseguir la autorización tan siquiera para la siguiente visita del traumatólogo la semana que viene, pero claro sin la autorización obviamente pondrán problemas para hacerme la visita.
En resumen, ridículo, aquí todo el mundo trabajamos y lo hacemos lo mejor que podemos. No os estoy pidiendo ningún favor, sólo que hagáis bien vuestro trabajo y seáis conscientes de la responsabilidad que tenéis sobre la vida de la demás gente.
Tengo un tobillo roto, no es una operación estética, es una necesidad.
Paso de poner una hoja de reclamación porque no sirven para nada, pero igualmente tan siquiera te quieren dar su nombre cuando te atienden... En fin, espabilad y gracias.

Menudo desastre , 4 horas esperando para una intervención nos citan a las 12:00 pero que lleguemos a las 14:00 con calma para no esperar tanto pues aún así 4 horas para venir a buscar al crío para Quirófano en ayunas desde el día anterior 20 horas sin comer .
Precio de las máquinas de vending un café 1,65€ 1 lata de Coca Cola 2,30€ , 10€ por ver la TV 24h y el parking 30€ al pasar las 7h

No hay email que enviar ni nada más que hablar. Es LAMENTABLE que cobreis el parking a las personas que acuden a vuestro centro y tienen Movilidad Reducida cuando, por desgracia, en muchas ocasiones, el automóvil se ha convertido es sus piernas sin tener alternativa 😓😢...

Me parece LAMENTABLE que un Hospital como éste, no facilite el aparcamiento a Discapacitados con Mobilidad Reducida (estando ubicado dónde está y como está) y, peor todavía que aprovechen este echo para poner el pvp de su Parking privado por las nubes (que, para colmo... Con el retraso que suelen llevar en las visitas, puedes pagar más de 1h sin inconveniente alguno - sólo con la espera a que llegue tu turno -...)

Some people are nice, but my stay there was the worst experience of my life. I had to beg for help for three nights in a row due to their weird intercom system. I pressed the button for help, they asked me what I wanted and when they couldn’t understand me, they just hung up. I was in incredible amounts of pain and had to call for them 3-4 times at a time until someone came. They even told me they were aware the intercom and phone in my room were broken. I felt so incredibly helpless most of the time. It was so traumatic.
The reports I received had many mistakes, which makes me question if they were even listening to me. They let me go with no explanation and in unstable condition. I will not return and I will need therapy to work through what I experienced there. I’m still in shock
