Fue muy entretenido poder escuchar todo el historial clínico, diagnóstico, plan de financiación, nóminas, pensión y otros detalles de la pareja que era atendida por la comercial en el despacho de atención al cliente (sin puerta e integrado en la sala de espera)… supongo que yo también amenice la espera del que venía detrás. Si no eres médico vas a salir de allí encantado por lo agradable del personal y las estupendas instalaciones. Si eres médico o profesional sanitario experimentado vas a flipar y te irás pitando a otro sitio, no es lugar para procedimientos complejos aunque seguro que es perfecto para procedimientos sencillos…

Im Urlaub ist es passiert. Dicke Wange... nach einer Zahnwurzelspitzenresektion im Februar. Im Internet kurz gegoogelt und als Angstpatient hier gelandet. Super netter und freundlicher Empfang trotz sprachschwierigkeiten. Aber mit bisschen spanisch und englisch meinerseits und spanisch/englisch vom Doc hat alles gut geklappt. Eine mega nette Praxis von der Rezeption bis zum Arzt, Dr. Orive. Hatte keinen Termin , nur 5 Minuten Wartezeit. Ich kann diese Praxis jedem nur empfehlen. Era la meva primera visita a la Clínica Dental Carar i em vaig sentir super ben acollida. L’Alicia, la recepcionista, és espectacular! Té una energia molt bona, súper simpàtica i atenta en tot moment. Em va ajudar amb tot des del principi i em va fer sentir com a casa. Es nota que li agrada el que fa i ho transmet a tothom que entra per la porta.
També vull donar les gràcies al Dr. Olivé, que em va atendre amb molt de tacte i professionalitat. Et dóna confiança i explica tot molt clar, cosa que per mi és molt important.
En resum: un equip de 10 i una experiència molt positiva. Sens dubte, repetiré. Molt recomanable!
