Jenny was super helpful, supportive, and communicative when I arrived at the clinic. She helped me understand the process of my fat grafting breast augmentation surgery, and she helped me a lot when I had questions or concerns about anything. She also helped me ease some anxiety I had once I was in the room getting ready for surgery. My doctor was Dr. Kim Jung-Hue, and he did a great job on my surgery. The procedure was quick and done well. I’m still bruising and healing, but I’m very satisfied with the results of my surgery.

I chose to have a Deep Plane Facelift at VG Plastic Surgery in Seoul – and looking back, it was the best decision I could have made.
The entire process was organized through Clinics on Call, and I was impressed by the professional and warm communication from the very beginning. Airport pickup went smoothly – my driver was not only punctual but also incredibly kind and made me feel safe right away.
The surgery took place three days after my arrival. Naturally, after such an intense procedure, you feel a bit like you’ve been run over by a truck – but the clinic staff took such loving care of me that it made everything much easier to handle. Especially the first night in the clinic was surprisingly pleasant: I was looked after around the clock, gently cared for, and constantly cooled to minimize swelling.
A true highlight was my Thai caregiver – graceful, empathetic, and simply angelic. Whenever I was in pain, I was allowed to squeeze her delicate hand – she just knew exactly when I needed comfort and when I needed quiet. I truly took her into my heart.

On top of that, the clinic arranged a lovely German-Korean translator just for me – a real gem. And as if that weren’t enough, a charming and stunning Russian staff member was also by my side for English communication – professional, warm, and attentive. I did double eyelid non-incisional (natural adhesion) by Dr. Choi Minhyeop and my English translator/assistant was Jenny!
My personal experience:
All the staff, nurses and doctor was very kind. The English translation was through and clear about setting up expectations post surgery. Additionally there was no promotion for other surgeries and they promised what they could do to the best of their abilities. Dr.Choi was very gentle and skilled! Very professional experience overall.
The procedure:
Painless and simple. I had very minimal swelling and almost no bruising after surgery. It looks really great even after just 3 days! They also gave me post surgery care like a healing shot and red light therapy which was really nice! Remember to ice a lot and take your medicine on time!
Overall as a foreigner I recommend VG. Many Korean people were there, it’s like a hidden gem!

It’s been 2 years and I’m unhappy with my rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery.
I had a bad experience from start to finish.
- nurses were a nightmare, they could never find my veins. I’m very pale with visible veins, I’ve never had any issues all my life with any doctors or nurses not finding my vein first try. And I’ve gotten many blood tests and IVs in my life. For my surgery they inserted the iv in my wrist so painfully, after slapping my wrist super hard many times to get a vein because apparently they couldn’t find a vein on my hand. This is my 5th surgery, never had this issue before. For the antibiotic shots, the nurse had to poke me over 5 times that my arm was sore and bruised because she couldn’t get the right spot to inject. The nurses just felt all very inexperience and made everything more painful than needed
- the intubution during surgery ended up scratching my throat and left me with a huge canker sore deep down my throat. You can imagine the pain. They brushed me off the first couple days till the pain got worse and finally the doctor stuck a camera down my throat to see that they did in fact damage it. i was unable to eat anything but bland soup for 2 weeks cuz it burned so bad, and had to take a extra week of antibiotics in case of infection. How irresponsible and careless do you have to be for that to happen, I literally never heard of this happen to anyone.
- My rhinoplasty doesn’t look like much of a change.. My main concern was my bulbous tip and flat bridge, I also wanted alarplasty but they said I didn’t need it because raising my nose will make it thinner. Well they barely raised it. It’s still flat, and my tip is thick and round and wide.
- I’m left with a bad raised scar in my nostril.
- my eyelid crease is too low and looks small with too much excess fat and skin leftover
Overall all the complications and unnecessary pain made this experience very traumatizing. I will be getting a revision.

많은 곳에 다녀봤지만 상담 실장님이나 프론트에 계시는 안내해주시는 분들이 이렇게까지 친절하신 병원은 오랜만이였어요. 다들 친절하시고 병원 내부도 깔끔하고 무엇보다 병원 곳곳에 많은 CCTV가 설치되어 있어서 간단한 씨티 촬영이나 화장실 갈때 소지품같은것을 병원 로비에 두고 다니기 편리했어요.

친구가 여기서 코수술이랑 입술필러 같이했는데 너무 잘돼서 고민하다가 어제 받고 왔어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 워낙 입술이 엄청 짝짝이고 얇아서 원장님이 되게 힘들어하셨어요ㅠㅠ 근데 지금 통통하게 예쁘게 잘되가지고 너무 만족해요 입술에 힘을 너무 줘서 멍이 좀 들긴했는데 과하게 볼륨 있지도 않고 진짜 예쁘게 잘돼서 매우 만족합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 나중에 리터치 받으러 한번 더 오려고요 생각했던거 보다 많이 아프지도 않아서 좋았어욥.. 입술에 마취크림 바르고 20분 정도 대기했던거 같아욥!
