I have accute diarrhea & vomitting for 3 days, I feel weak and decided to go to this hospital with my mom because I'm a tourist, first thing I did was going to the information and telling them my problem. long story short I was going in to the ER, the security there took my data and telling me to wait, then a doctor came out and started to yell at me and mom, basically she kick me out she said that ER is only for life threatening case only with head injury or CPR, because you don't have all of that please leave and find other hospital that can treat you, the doctor also disrespect my mom by scolding her just because my mom asked her to help me. So I went back to the information just to get some help again and she also suggested me to move to another hospital. My mom panic and I nearly faint then my mom asked her to help me because I was really sick, after that some how she told us to go to the international section. When we go there, everything went smooth, staff and doctor was great. but until now I don't believe what I see, got kick out so rudely by a doctor who supposed to help you, I'm a human being who need help. THAT ER DOCTOR IS SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME AS A PATIENT and TO MY MOM!

Don't even bother going there. I got greeted by two unwelcoming security guards. They gave me a sign that the cost would be minimum 500$. They didn't speak any english. One guy said the difference would be refunded, but they couln't answer my questions about how much was the price for a simple doctor's consultation would be. I waited into a waiting room that felt like an outdoor shelter, not anywhere close to a top korean hospital. Then I saw a nurse who told me that my problem was not bad enough and that they couldn't see me, that I had need to find another hospital...

I was recommended a doctor here by my doctor in Japan and I've been really happy with my experience for nearly 5 years now. The hospital is quick and efficient. The International Health Center is also very helpful when making appointments or when you have extra questions. I miss Saturday clinic hours but they have been flexible with scheduling overall. I commute from Incheon for this place, so I do recommend it strongly.

My son developed a fever while we were on vacation. Severance was just 20 mins away from our airbnb. Fortunately, we were sent to the ER department where he was then seen under Pediatric Emergency Care. The overall process was efficient and thankfully, the intake security guards and pediatric doctor on duty spoke English. The check out process was also easy and smooth and the pharmacy was just a counter over. The staff was helpful and we were in & out within 30 mins.

The VIP room on the 20th floor 1550$/ day with 3 meals. A comfortable room came with 2 bathrooms one with the bathtub with all the amenities also an air purifier, humidity machine, living room and dining table with ceramic and silver wares, microwave, water heater, refrigerator and UV Sterilizer cabinet a lot of storage cabinets and 2 TVs and DVD player.
The single room is 450$ /day with 3 meals. You will get a small room come with a refrigerator, mini microwave, and tv. A limited sitting area.

Went here for a visa medical check-up. The office for this check up was easy to find, but for an international department, there was lots of missing translations on forms, kiosks, in messages, you get on your phone or pre-exam questionnaires you need to fill in. The Google translation has not always made sense. Thankfully, the staff spoke English, and they were very patient, taking time to explain and show where to go. As someone, who went there to get my medical for DS-260, it did take about 2 hours like the US Visa Scheduling page said it probably would (sorting all the documents, interview with the doctor, blood test, x-ray, additional vaccination) and it cost us $335. So, if you are looking to get a medical check-up done for your visa, expect price above $280. If this is your first time at this hospital, you will need to use kiosks and bar codes you will get from the staff to register for the different procedures. It was quite confusing at first.
