윤지영. 진료 예약 상담 안내 데스크 직원 (3/14일 오전 11:30 쯤 전화 받은) 왜 친절히 물었는데도 말을 끊고 짜증을 내나요? 본인의 부정적인 감정은 친구 사이에서도 예의가 아니라 티 안내는데 하물며 환자에게 푸는게 납득 가지 않습니다. 일을 하지 마세요. 이런 서비스 누구도 원치 않습니다.
— 관련해 어디과로 가야하는지 물었는데 고객이 말하는 도중 말을 끊고 “그러니까 — 은 —— 과 밖에 없어요;;”. 다 녹음 됐다고 하시니 병원측에서는 직접 찾아보시기를 바랍니다.
상담원에게 말 조심하라는 안내 방송은 나오는데 상담원이 말 조심하는게 우선 아닌가 싶네요?

의료진의 환자 응대 교육을 처음부터 다시 해야되는 병원입니다.
교수란 사람은 반말이 습관이고 환자가 질문을 해도 쳐다보지도 않고 대충 건성으로 둘러댑니다.
젊은 간호사분들 중에서도 말이 짧은 분들이 보이더군요.
비싼 진료비, 오랜 대기 시간을 요구하는 상급종합병원에서 기본적인 직업 정신과 인성도 안 갖춰진 모습이 이해가 안 갑니다.

또는 바쁜(게으른) 환자 가족에게도 "딱~"이다 ㅎㅎ
*특히 매 환자상태,치료,투약,모든 치료관련 상황을 사진포함해서 올리니 주치의가 실시간으로 확인가능할것 같고..(의사선생님들은 무척 힘들겠다 ㅎㅎ)
와..내 대변상태를 냄새나는 화장실까지 와서 찍고 올리고.. 물내리고 냄새제거제 뿌리고..
여기 간호사님들은 천사가 맞다..
얼마나 친절한지... 하루밤새 근무하는데 자지않고 담당병실앞에서...지키는 천사님들...
특히 업무상 대화하거나 통화할때도 꼬오옥 "감사합니다." 하던데.. 시킨다고 다 하남? 전통이 된것 같다.
물론 나와는 반대의견이나 블만이 있는분도 있을꺼다. 세상은 다양한 관점에서 발전되니까

here is a full of patients in oldtown seong-nam... here is getting a mess as the patients abandon and do not carefully use facilities offered here.. Also hospitality offered to patients was the worst... Ones in Emeregency unit were the worst one of them just dont' go there if you do want to get treated as a respected entity and patient.... i do not recommend here because of this.
