2년 전 교통사고로 인한 말초신경병증으로 강남 세브란스를 방문했습니다만, 신경과에서 진료를 보았을 때 꾀병이라 진단했습니다. 엄연히 운동능력에 장애가 있는 환자에게 병은 없고 꾀병이니까 치료할 것도 없고 알아서 극복하라고 하더군요? 결국 다른 대학병원에서 진료보고, 그 곳의 교수님 덕에 신경수술까지 받아 완치했습니다. 수술하는 동안 사진 찍은 것도 다 보여주셨고, 실제로 비정상적 신경증식을 육안으로 관찰할 수 있었다고 하셨습니다. 강남세브란스 병원 신경과 교수님, 이름은 말 안하겠습니다만 다른 건 몰라도 병을 알아보고 구분해 낼 능력이 없어서 모르겠으면, 꾀병이라며 환자를 모욕할 것이 아니라 솔직하게 모른다고 했어야 한다고 생각합니다.

디스크때문에 간 신경외과 접수받는 여직원 너무불친절
2024년 7월18일 오후 2시30분 신경외과 접수대 두자리중 오른쪽 앉아있던 여직원 환자가 볼때기준 오른쪽
환자한테 인상쓰고 보호자한테 뭐라한여직원 니가 뭐라도 되는줄 착각하나보다
치료받기전부터 기분나빠 다시는 오기싫음
의사도 불친절 진료의뢰서받아 예약하고 먼길온 환자한테 설명도 안해주고 mri나 찍어라 그러더니 퇴근시간다 됐는지 나가면서 간호사들 희희덕 아고 아픈 환자들오는 병원입니다.교수님 소리에 걸맞는 체통지키세요 인포직원도 인상쓰고 앉아있고 그나마 진료실앞에 있는 간호사는 친절

미국에서 치과치료차 한국을 방문하여 진료를보니 치료하기 힘든 치아라 살릴수 있는지 대형병원 치아보존과를 방문하라고 협진 의뢰서를 써주어 보존과 신수정교수님의 진료와 치료를 받았다. 수년간 치과방문시 해결하지 못했던 잇몸질환의 원인을 알고 치료를 시작하였고 치료후 혹시나 통증이 있으면 진통제를 복용하리고 하셨으나 너무도 편안한 상태로 지내고있다.
치료일정이 남아 있지만 신교수님을 만나게 된건 내게는 행운이라는 생각이 든다.
발치없이 내 치아를 치료후 사용할수 있게된것도 너무나 감사한 일이다.
협진을 의뢰해주신 개인병원 원장님께도 감사하고 잘 치료를 해주신 신수정교수님과 의료진들께도 감사드립니다^^

옛 영동세브란스 병원.
강남구에 위치한 종합병원이며 지은지 꽤되었기 때문에 구조가 복잡하고 주차가 헬이지만 여러 과목에서 유명한 의사를 보유한 병원이다. 경험으로는 직원들, 특히 간호사 분들의 경우 많이 친절하다.
근처가 막히는 구간이기도 하고 병원 내 주차에도 꽤 시간이 걸리기 때문에 차를 가지고 방문할 생각이면 진료 예정시간 보다 한 시간 정도는 여유를 가지고 가는 것이 좋다.
