이대목동병원 첫 방문이었는데, 첫진료라운지에서 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 편하게 접수할 수 있었습니다. 특히 영상(CD) 등록 방법을 자세히 설명해 주셔서 어려움 없이 진행할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 본관 2층에 위치한 종양내과와 별관B 4층에 위치한 여성암병원의 위치도 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 헷갈리지 않고 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 진료도 무사히 잘 받을 수 있었습니다. 처음 방문하시는 분들도 걱정 없이 이용하실 수 있을 것 같아요!

Do NoT go to this hospital! My brother had back surgery here and got a spinal infection. They don’t sanitize their equipment and nurses and doctors are not very experienced. How could this even happen?!??

암수술환자 보호자의 가족입니다.
일주일이면 퇴원할 수 있는 수술이라고, 환자는 두발로 걸어 직접 병원을 찾아가 입원했습니다.
그 수술이 잘 되면 뭣합니까, 간호사들의 후처치 반복되는 실수에 4차 수술까지 하고서- 2달 가까이 입원중에 중환자실까지 다녀오고, 회복이 이제 어느 정도 되어 재활운동 시작한다고 해서 환자 운동화를 챙겨 찾아갔더니-
보호자 연락이 안되어 동동거리고 있다가 들어가니 보호자가 울고 있더군요.
5차 응급 수술이 필요하다고.
이유는 간호사의 또 다른 실수???? 입니다.
간에 연결해 둔 호수를 환자가 아프다고 소리까지지르고 했다는데, 어떻게 그걸 뜯어낼 수 있습니까?
소독한다며 소변줄을 잠가두고 마무리 짓지를 않나. 수액 처리에 소독한다고 개복 후 자리를 뜨질 않나.
실수라고 반복하며 사과하는 일이 한두가지가 아니었습니다. 이정도면 실수라고 사과한다고 그냥 넘어가야하는게 아니지 않습니까?
뭐하자는 건지… 수술비용에 입원비용에…
오천만원은 누가 보상해주나요?
일주일이면 수술 후 퇴원 할 수 있다고 해서 후딱 끝내자며 입원하러 찾아간 시간이 원망스럽네요.
환자는 한달만에 20kg이 빠져 반복되는 수술에 지쳐있고, 보호자는 어이없는 병원처치에 매일 울고… 한 가정을 이렇게 만들수있는겁니까?
