Rude contact center staff - got a message saying my appointment had been moved to a time and date I couldn't do. Called up and the operator said they might possibly be able to move it to the next day but couldn't confirm a time (helpful) and got really impatient with me when I was trying to clarify (Korean isn't my first language, as she was surely aware).
Then the only appointment they could offer in the next 6 weeks is at an inconvenient time and 2+ weeks away. Not impressed.

정말 형편없는 중환자실
중환자실에 아버님이 누워 계시는데
면회가 하루에 20분 1명밖에 되지 않는다.
돌아가면서 20분동안 볼수도 없다.
1명이 20분 동안 있던지 아니면 끝이다
가족들에게 임종면회라고하고 한번씩만 보여주고 찾아가면 면회시간에만 오라고 한다.
회복은 불가능하다고 하고 자가호흡도 못하시는분 인공호흡기 달고 아무것도 하지 않고 의사 출근하는 월요일까지 기다린다.
가족들은 임종전 연락준다고 30분거리에 있으라고 하고 그러면 차라리 1인실로 옮겨 다리라도 주물러 드리고 가족들과 있다가 보내드리고 싶다고 해도 의사 출근하는 월요일을 기다리란다.
뇌에는 피가 고여 있지만 아무 조치도 못하고 4일째 십이지창 출혈 수술만하고 이마에는 기름기가 가득하고 눈에도 눈꼽이 붙어서 눈이 안떠진다. 중환자실이라 조심스러웠고 임종직전이시라 모두가 경황이 없지만 간호사들도 아무것도 할수있는게 없다 하지만 이것이 옳은 것인지 싶다

몇년전에 진료 받았는데 진료도 안좋구요 다 그냥 별로예요 안가요. 다른데 가세요
처음에 원래 진료하시는 교수님이 계셨는데 왜인지 모르게 밝은 머리 젊은 여자분 교수님으로 바뀌었더라구요..?
다낭성으로 체중관리가 필요해서 진단을 받았는데 뜬금없이 식욕억제제를 권유받았어요 그것도 처음부터 6통을 한꺼번에요^^
약을 먹을정도로 심각하지 않았고 관리를 좀만하면 되는데 아무리 몇 개월후에 본다하더라도 첫 처방부터 대뜸 약을 6통이나 주니 좀 이래도 되나 싶었어요^^
전 아무것도 모르고 약을 그날 처음 먹어봤는데 그날 내내 부작용오고 숨 가빠오고 구역질나고 어지러워서 굴러다니고 힘들었어요.
그날 바로 동네 다른 약사선생님이랑 상담해서 당장 약중단하고 환불 받았는데 진짜 너무 짜증났어요. 상담했던 약사분도 원래 초장에 환자에게 약을 이런식으로 한꺼번에 많이 처방해주지는 않는다고 그 분도 황당해하더라고요? 그 여자 의사분은 그 식욕억제제 제약회사랑 무슨 연결이 있었나요? 환자 입장에서 생각해보지 않고 대충 처방 내린것 같고 본인몸 아니라고 막 다룬 것 같아서 생각할수록 화나네요. 환자가 아니라 그냥 영업상대로 본거 같아요. 저는 하마터면 뭣모르고 멀쩡한 제 몸 이상하게 만들뻔했네요. 그리고 다시 찾아갔을때 그 의사에게 부작용을 말했을때 그럴 줄 몰랐다며 슬슬 빠져나갈려 하는것도 짜증났고요.
그리고 거기 산부인과 데스크 간호사분들과 환자랑 소통이 진짜 안되는 것 같아요.
초진후 예약을 원래 지정된 날짜가 아니라 엉뚱한 다른 날짜에 넣질 않나..잘못 넣은 것을 알았으면 사전에 빨리 환자에게 전화라도 해서 다음예약을 잡든가..결국 2주 뒤로 미루어서 진료 받았어요. 산부인과 검사를 받고 결과를 봐서 다른 과 검사도 진행하는 것이 원래 일정 이었는데 산부인과 일정은 물론이고 다른 과 일정, 심지어 제 개인일정까지 다 엉켰어요...예약 잘 못 잡힌 것도 제가 전화로 확인해 봐서 알았다고 하구요. 그리고 전화하는 내내 말투도 영...진짜 아니고 제가 말 할때마다 말도 끊고 미안한 기색도 없더라고요. 일정 다 밀린 것도 저이고 정작 따져야 될 사람은 저인데 말입니다..
또 오늘(2.26일) 약 부작용때문에 병원을 다시 가야했었는데 안 뜯은 약만 환불할려고 약사에게 보일 확인서가 필요하다고 상담할때 의사분께 부탁을 드렸습니다. 끝나고 데스크 간호사분께 확인서를 달라고 했는데 그런얘기는 금시초문이라면서 바로 주지도 않고 원래 확인서 뗄려면 2만원이라는 사전에 듣지도 못한 얘기를 하더랍니다. 제가 당황해서 그럼 작은 메모라도 부탁드릴 수 없을까요라고 여쭤봤더니 그 간호사분이 어이없다는 듯이 "그걸로 확인서가 되겠어요?"라고 하시더라구요?? 2만원은 그렇다치더라도 저는 사전에 확인서에 대해서 분명히 말씀을 드렸고 당연히 주신다는 것만 믿고 있었는데 그 간호사라는 분은 최소한 방법이라도 찾아봐야 되는 거 아닌가요?? 그렇게 얘기하면 저는 뭐 어쩌라는 거예요?? 병원에서 싸우자는 것도 아니고..ㅋㅋ
물론 바빠서 그랬거니 스무스하게 생각할려 하는데 갈때마다 당황스러운 일도 많고 환자가 알아야 될 것을 최소한에 미리 얘기해주는 일도 없고 데스크 간호사분들 진짜 불친절해서 기분나빠요..
제 돈 내고 제 아픈 몸 진료하는 건데 제가 눈치보고 제가 일일히 하나하나 이런것까지 신경써야 되나요??저도 할말은 하고 싶습니당

토요일, 모친이 방광암인데 뼈에 골절이 생겨 입원하게 되었음. 가족 중 한명이 입원 수속 중!
다른 가족이 입원실을 몰라, 병실이 있는 '다0관'으로 가서 안내하시는 직원분께, 이름과 나이를 말하고 병실을 물으니 '주보호자가 1명 계시네요. 못 들어가십니다.' 함. 응급실 벽면에 '면회금지'안내를 보았는데, 코로라 등으로 인한 면회 금지가 있었고, 밑에 부분에 '상주보호자 외 병문안객 명부 작성'이라는 말이 있어서 말해주었더니, 계속 병원 규정이라 못들어간다고 함. 보호자라고 말하지 않았는데...
병문안 오신분들이 엘리베이터 타는 모습을 보고 '저 사람들은 왜 들어가냐'고 묻자 '무슨말을 듣고 싶냐'고 물음. 말이 반복되고 화가나서 1층에 앉아 있다가 그냥 엘리베이터 타고 올라가 가족에게 커피를 주고 바로 나옴.
# 환자의 가족으로서, 아프신 모친이 걱정되고 입원 수속 중이라 준비해야하는 물품들이 있는 가족의 마음을 헤아리지 못하는 안내 직원분!
# 병문안객도 병문안으로 들어가는데, 주보호자외 가족은 들어가지 못한다는 안내 직원분!
# 모든 가족이나 병문안 오시는 분들은 환자에게 걱정과 위로, 응원차 가는데... 안내하시는 분은 감시가 아니라, 정확한 안내늘 하면 좋겠음. (낮 시간대는 병문안이 되는데, 규정만 이야기하고 무슨 말을 듣고 싶냐니....)
환자분들의 건강과 감염 때문에 염려스러워, 규정이 있는건 알겠음. 그러나 가족이나 병문안객의 완전 면회 금지가 아니면 '면회 시간, 면회가 안되는 시간' 등을 안내하도록 교육이 필요하지 않을까 생각함.
# 담당 교수님이나 간호사샘들은 친절하셨고 설명도 나름 잘해주셨음. 실력은 지금 진행 중이라...최고일것이라 믿고 맡김.^^

I went here during my trip because of some problems and the staff (especially Ms Tina from the International Health Care Center) was really nice! The public transportation to the hospital is also really convenient (Line 9 nearby and buses). If you’re travelling/foreigner do not be scared of coming here, you will be well taken care of.
