건강검진 여기서 받으믄 속터져 디집니다 ㅡㅡ 내시경받을때 받기직전 무조건 와야 내시경을 받을수있다길래 가니까 내시경 받는곳에선 끝날때쯤 오시면된다고함 ㅡㅡ 건강검진데스크에 안내하는 사람들이 문제인거 같은데 설명을 제대로 해주지도 않고 앱같은거 만들시간에 동선표시나 좀 하지 찾는데 몇번을 물어야함

I only went to 1 department, and it's hard to judge a whole hospital itself.
But for sure 한방내과 department is good at listening to the patient

재활치료 받는데 돈을 엄청 내더군요. 한 30만 원 정도 내던데 너무 비쌉니다. 병원은 커서 좋았는데 아쉽네요.

수납접수 7번 창구에서 정말 인정많고 친절하신 직원분 덕분에 하루가 즐거웠습니다.
바쁘신데 3번이나 귀찮게 해드렸지만 끝까지 웃는 얼귤로 고생하셨다고 인사해 주시고 하나하나 가족처럼 신경 써쥬시는 모습 감동 이였습니다.

여기가면 죽을지도 몰라요 절대 가지마세요 가서 세시간동안 피검사, 엑스레이만 찍어 놓고 보호자나 환자한테 어떤 설명도 없이 계속 검사 결과 기다리는 중이다라고 하고 엠알아이도 찍은거 가져갔는데. 실력이 없으면 타병원 이송을 하던가 링겔 몇개 놔주고 알약 몇개 먹이고 계속 대기. 설명이라도 해줘야지 보호자가 설명 요청을 다섯번 넘게 했는데도 원무과에 떠넘기기나 하고. 베드도 절반이 비었고 앉아서 진료보는 사람들도 다 보고 퇴원까지하는데 중증환자 타령. 의사가 하나도 아니고. 간호사도 보호자한테 환자 소변 누는거 시키고 간호사들은 낄낄거리면서 웃고 떠들고 다른병원은 바로 뇌졸증이라고 입원시키는데 진짜 여기가면 죽을지도 몰라요

퇴원해도 된다하여 퇴원 했으나
바로 다음날 구급차로
다른 병원 이송 후 입원

구급차로 응급실 이송
본인이 희귀병인지라
평소 복용하는 약물과 진단된 병,
복용 약물에 의한 부작용,
그에 따른 처치방법 및
사용 자제 혹 금지 약물을 알고있음
응급진료 받으며 전부 설명했으나
적절치않은 응급처치를 받음

검사를 위해 예약을 했으나
본인이 신청한 예약날과 달리
예약되었음

있었으나 막상 예약날 내원하니 날자가 아니라함)

꽤 걸리는 대학병원을 다니는 것과 이에 맞춰 사전 직장 혹은 학교에
휴가 신청을 하는 등 준비해야함
이 모든걸 준비하고 내원했으나
위에 같은 상황이 발생하였는데
병원에서 사과나 추가 설명 없고
혹은 당일 검사나 진료 권유도 없이

개원때부터 줄곧 다닌 병원. 개원초 교수님들 많이 바뀐 듯. 당시엔 전부다 서울대급 이였는데.. 능력되는 교수님들 조회하니 서울 쪽 대학병원으로 가신분도 계시고..
개원초엔 정말 친절했는데 지금은 환자가 많아진만큼 아쉬운 부분이 많긴 합니다.
그래도 입원 여러번 해보니 다른 병원보다 나쁘진 않습니다. 물론 3차 병원이 아니다보니 그만큼의 딱 그만큼의 의료질은 부족합니다. 어쩔 수 없나보네요.
3차 병원만큼의 장비나 의료질은 차이 나이나도
3차 병원보다 의사와 진료하면서 얘기 할 수 있는 시간은 많습니다. (3차병원 가 보면 알 수 있는..)

늘 가는 대학병원이에요. 불교재단이라 연등같은것이 눈길이 가고 양방 한방 함께 진료를 하는데 한방진료의 질이 어떤지는 경험을 못해 봤네요. 양방진료비가 일산병원보다는 비싼 건 기분탓 일까요?
예전보다는 직원간 소통이 잘되는것 같고 서울대병원이 확실히 더 편리한 시스템과 서비스가 뛰어납니다.
예전보다는 좋아졌지만 그런대로 만족합니다. 모두 건강하시고 대학병원 갈 일은 없기를 바랍니다. 감사합니다
