안녕하세요 초3인데 엄마가 팔을 다치셔서 (아주크게여) 이 병원을 왔는데 침대도 더럽고 엄마 엑스레이 찍는데 팔 꺽질를 않나 아.. 너무 짜증나네요.. 그때 다친건만 행각하면 가슴ㅇ ㅣ 찢어질것같네여... 진짜 이병원 안가길 추천합니다.. 너무 불친절해서 놀랬어여

신경과에 진료보러 갔는데, 정말 너무 불친절하기 짝이 없었어요.
무슨 문제 있을까봐 걱정이 되어서, 병원에 간 것인데~ 쏘아붙이듯이 질문하고 설명도 자세하게 안해주고, 환자와 보호자에게 친절하게 대하기는 커녕... . 검사 결과상 문제가 없다면, ~~~하니, 걱정말고 다른 ~~ 한 증상이 있으면 다시 오시라 이정도 말하는게 힘든 것인지. 정말 시간과 에너지만 낭비한 느낌이네요. 정말 다시는 가고 싶지 않아요.

응급실 간호원은 대체적으로 친절합니다.
다만, 응급실에 나사빠진 의사들이 많고 검사를 계속시켜서 그것으로 돈을 벌려는 기색이 많이 보여요.
ct를 조영제 넣고 하는바람에 어지러워하는 사람에게 안경 뺏어간거 도 눈치못챘는데,
여러의사가 순차적으로 와서 똑같은 질문공세를 하는데다가 (얘네는 정보공유를 안하고 ,지 할말만 하고 감)
통증의 단계를 말하라는데
1~10까지 말하라면서 10 은 애낳는 통증이라함.
난 남자인데, 더군다나 미혼이고.. 그 고통을 어떻게 아냐고. 애초 경험없는 통증을 어떻게 알아?
이 인간들은 출산 경험 없는 여자에게도 똑같이 물어볼거같아서 소름..돋긴했음.
옆에선 간호사가 무슨 서명을 받아야한다고 떠들고 있는등. 정신없으니 전혀 이해도 안되고 뭔소리를 하는건지 ..
잘 안보여서 손가락 2개로 보인다고 했더니
뇌경색 인거 같다고 자연스럽게 mri찍자고 하데요?
수액에 의해서 어느정도 회복되서 점점 제정신으로 돌아와 보니
수액도 엄청큰거(1.5리터) 달아 놓고 안경 뺏긴거 인지 하게됬어요.(심지어 침대옆에도 아니고 밖에 있는 보호자에게 줘버림)
타병원과 달리 응급실에 보호자가 못들어오던데.
정말 의도적이라고 밖에 안보입니다.
혼란스러워 제대로된 판단을 못내리는 환자에게 각종 검사에 대한 서명을 받으려는 꿍꿍이가 있어요.
참고로 그렇게 검사하고도 뭔지 모른데요.
제가 생각하기에 그냥 과로로 인한 이상증세였던거 같은데.
두통,기립성 현기증,어지러움,구토,설사,기력소진
두통과 복통은 항상 연계되니까 같은 흐름이고,
두통이 있으니 어지러움 동반되는데다가
구토와 설사로 탈수증세 왔으니
현기증과 어지러움,기력소진이 일어났을텐데.
의사가 맞는건가 모르겠어요.

병원에 가지도 않았음. 전화에서부터 이미 오지말라는 불친절. ㅎㄷㄷ. 말이 끊나지도 않았는데 끊어버림. Customer service over the phone is the absolute worst. It was the first time I had a hospital hung up on me.
