Początkowo informowano mnie, że leczenie potrwa od 1,5 do 2 lat. Jednak już po kilku miesiącach zaczęłam zauważać, że stan mojego uzębienia nie wymaga aż tak długiej terapii. Nikt wprost nie przyznał, że aparat nie był konieczny, ale odniosłam wrażenie, że zastosowane leczenie mogło być przesadzone w stosunku do rzeczywistego problemu.
Przez wiele miesięcy towarzyszył mi silny ból, o którym wcześniej nie zostałam poinformowana. Zabrakło także jasnych informacji o możliwych skutkach leczenia oraz o tym, czego mogę się spodziewać po zdjęciu aparatu. Dziś, patrząc na to z dystansu, czuję się zmanipulowana i rozczarowana – mam poczucie, że wystarczyłyby delikatne korekty estetyczne, takie jak regulacja linii dziąseł czy wymiana licówek.

This review is regarding only the front reception. I visited with my sister-in-law who was the patient. She gets around in a wheelchair. When we arrived she attempted to get the reception staff's attention. The counter here is high and for standing patients, though the staff are seated. The staff were not all busy because as soon as I stood by the counter I was asked how they could help, I pointed out my sister was waiting to be helped. Instead of standing and speaking directly to her I was asked for her name. I told her she should speak to my sister not me. There seemed very little interest to engage with her. The reception desk could have one place where patients such as my sister-in-law would be treated better and with respect. In the 21st century it is appalling that a fully independent adult who nonetheless is in a wheelchair should be treated in this manner.

Dr Borsuk niezwykle empatyczne podejście do pacjenta, wszystko zawsze wytłumaczy we właściwy sposób, sprawne leczenie w miłej atmosferze, dba o komfort pacjenta, w jej rękach czułam się bardzo zaopiekowana. Dr Wieczorek także bardzo profesjonalnie i sprawnie. Cieszę się, że trafiłam do miejsca, w którym jest wiele specjalistów w jednym miejscu i dbają o pacjenta.
