Bardzo polecam higienizację u hig. Oksany Kachuli! Wszystko dokładnie tłumaczy, jest bardzo miła, uprzejma, cierpliwa i przede wszystkim: dokładna. Zabieg wykonywany jest możliwie bezboleśnie, zaś ubranie, jak i buzia zostają przed zabiegiem zabezpieczone, także od razu po można spokojnie wrócić do życia :-)

Kilka miesięcy temu miałam awaryjną sytuację – częściowe zerwanie retainera. Potrzebowałam pilnej pomocy ortodontycznej, ale usłyszałam, że nie można mnie od razu umówić do ortodontki. Najpierw musiałam odbyć wizytę u dentysty, u higienistki oraz wykonać pantogram. Zrobiłam to wszystko, ponosząc koszty i poświęcając czas, tylko po to, by móc zapisać się na konsultację ortodontyczną. Podczas wizyty u dentystki, zostało mi odmówione zdjęcie drutu, z tłumaczeniem, że zajmuje się tym jedynie ortodonta. W związku z tym cierpliwie czekałam na umówioną wizytę.
Niestety w dniu wizyty spóźniłam się 10 minut – wcześniej zadzwoniłam, przeprosiłam i poinformowałam o opóźnieniu. Po przyjeździe zastałam panią ortodontkę już ubraną w płaszcz i gotową do wyjścia. Odmówiła przyjęcia mnie, tłumacząc się pośpiechem z powodu rodzinnego pikniku. Mimo że wyjaśniłam, że to nagła sytuacja i zależy mi wyłącznie na doraźnej pomocy w czasie, który jeszcze pozostał z zaplanowanej wizyty (a nie na pełnym planie leczenia, który zrozumiale wymaga więcej czasu), usłyszałam, że bez pełnej konsultacji nie podejmie się żadnej interwencji.
Poczułam się zlekceważona – byłam w potrzebie, miałam już kompletną dokumentację, a mimo to nie otrzymałam nawet podstawowej pomocy. Kolejny możliwy termin zaproponowano mi dopiero za miesiąc – niestety o godzinie, która mi nie odpowiadała. Następny wolny termin był dopiero w lipcu.
Rozumiem, że każdy ma prawo do życia prywatnego i nie przedłużania godzin pracy. Nie rozumiem jednak, dlaczego nie mogłam skorzystać z choćby części zaplanowanego czasu wizyty, zwłaszcza w sytuacji awaryjnej. Taki sposób potraktowania pacjenta pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia.

Brak profesjonalizmu. Korporacyjne sympatyczne głosiki, pod którymi nie kryje się ludzkie podejście. Brak empatii.
Oksana higienistka nie wykazała ani trochę chęci do wsłuchania się w moje potrzeby, bolało, a ja ciągle krztusiłam się wodą. Niczego nie zmieniła pomimo moich serdecznych prósb i uwag, po czym usłyszałam, że skoro mnie tak boli to nie dokończy, bo już za mało czasu.
Stracony czas i nerwy. Nie polecam, a na pewno szczerze odradzam tym wrażliwszym.
