W centrach medycznych Enel-Med korzystamy przede wszystkim z usług z zakresu medycyny pracy. Doceniamy zarówno samą wygodę zgłaszania zapotrzebowania na badania wstępne oraz te okresowe, jak również dostępność terminów i liczbę placówek, do których mogą udać się nasi pracownicy (nie tylko we Wrocławiu, ale i np. w Poznaniu). Dramat. W przeciągu 5 lat odkąd pracuje w firmie ubezpieczonej w enelmedzie, zaliczyli taki zjazd że szkoda gadać. Miesiąc oczekiwania na badanie krwi, jak przychodzisz to nikogo nie ma, to dlaczego są kolejki? Na rehabilitacje, która jest w pakiecie czas oczekiwania około roku. To juz szybciej na NFZ... Jeśli jakaś firma, szczególnie z Wrocławia zastanawia się nad enelem dla swoich pracowników - odradzam.

Automatyczna sekretarka na infolinii w niedziele informuje, że infolinia w tym dniu jest nie czynna a jednocześnie informuje ta sama automatyczna sekretarka, że w niedziele od godz.9 jest czynna. Oczywiście nikt nie odbiera. Taka duża firma mogłaby sobie pozwolić na obsługę klientów w niedzielę, albo na spójność przekazywanych informacji. Medicover - ich konkurencja wypada znacznie lepiej, mam lepsze doświadczenia z Medicover. Enel-med ma bałagan.

Od 2004 jestem pacjentką enelmed i od co najmniej 15 lat jest coraz gorzej. A ostatnio nie moge sie doprosić o kontakt z reklamacja. W listopadzie 2023 miałam leczone zeby (kilkanaście-głownie przy dziąsłach) w znieczuleniu ogolnym. Wcześniej były badania i rożnego rodzaju zabiegi kwalikacyjne do tego leczenia. Ogołem koszt wyniosł ok. 12 tys. zł. Już w kwietniu 2024 zaczełam odczuwać dolegliwości w kilku zebach poza tym kolor uzupełnień zaczął żołknąć. Kilkakrotnie byłam na kosultacjach, ale mnie zbywano. Na początku 2025 w ramach reklamacji "zrobiono" mi 4 zeby ( w dwoch z nich nadal odczuwam bol) i wypolerowano uzupełnienia. Pani Doktor powiedziała, że w ramach reklamacji moge mieć zrobione 3 zeby (nie 2 lub 4) i to wszystko!!! Probuje skontaować sie z osobą z odpowiedzialą za reklamacje, ale enelmed nie wyraża zgody! Wydałam kilkanaście ty. złotych, a usługa nie została wykonana.

Nie polecam!!! Pojechałem na RTG po upadku z wysokości, ewidetnie coś jest nie tak. Cały prawy bok siny, problemy z jakiekolwiek funkcjonowaniem, nieustanny bół przy jakimkolwiek ruchu. Czas oczekiwania na opis RTG 5 dni roboczych, najprawdopodobniej oczekuje z pękniętym lub złamanym żebrem od 4 dni na opis, z tego co wiem to przy złamaniu powinienem dostać zastrzyki i antybiotyk. Najważniejsze że enelmed dostaje co miesiąc kasę a maja gdzieś czy przypadkiem zebro nie wejdzie ci w płuco!!!! Pani na infolinii tłumaczy że nic nie może z tym zrobić bo na wynik się czeka 5 dni i tyle w temacie. Na pytanie czy ze złamaną ręką lub nogą się tyle czeka odpowieda że czas oczekiwania na opis RTG to 5 dni. Nie radzę nikomu że złamaniem tam trafić.

Jest to najgorsze co mnie spotkało. Wieczny problem z umówieniem wizyt. W nocy usiłowałam zarezerwować wizytę (jak zwykle odrzucało przez 2 h) z samego rana zadzwoniłam umówić wizytę już są niedostępne i możliwość za dwa dni. Brak empatii i wsparcia pacjenta, to jest dno dna. Życzę całej ekipie Enel-medu żeby spotkała ich taka sama sytuacjia jak mnie z bolącymi nerkami. Weźcie się za robotę bo to jest dramat

W lipcu 2023 r. osoba na infolinii zobowiązała się, że 1 sierpnia Enel-med skontaktuje się ze mną w celu wskazania dostępnych terminów na wrzesień. Nikt się nie skontaktował. 10 sierpnia zadzwoniłem do centrum, Pani która ze mną rozmawiała była maksymalnie NIEMIŁA. Powiedziała, że nikt nie oddzwania do pacjentów z ustalaniem terminów. Miałem 10 dni stracone w poszukiwaniu terminów badania. Nie do zaakceptowania takie traktowani ludzi.

Totalny brak profesjonalizmu.
1. Ortopeda zlecił rehabilitację (posiadam wykupiony pakiet)
2. Na stronie i na infolinii informacja, że sesja rehabilitacyjna to koszt () za 5 wizyt.
3. Oddział w Galerii Młociny informuje, że każda wizyta to koszt ()
4. Pani w recepcji mówi, żeby zadzwonić i umówić się do innego lekarza ortopedy i poprosić o skierowanie w trybie pilnym. Wtedy będzie w kwocie xxx (5 sesji).
5. Kolejny ortopeda mówi, że pilne to tylko w wypadku wypadku lub innej poważnej sytuacji.
