Chciałabym wyrazić ogromne uznanie, wdzięczność oraz szacunek za profesjonalną usługę i opiekę otrzymane podczas zabiegu kolonoskopii w szpitalu "Luxmed" na Puławskiej 455. Czytając w Internetu o "przerażającym, istnym horrorze", byłam pewna, że zabieg da się wytrzymać wyłącznie pod narkozą. Więc miałam ogromny stres, gdy usłyszałam o znieczuleniu miejscowym. Jednak przekonałam się, że kolonoskopia nie musi być strasznym przeżyciem. Pani Doktor, która prowadziła zabieg - wybitny specjalista w swojej dziedzinie, lecz także serdeczny i troskliwy człowiek. Polecam szpital Lux Med przy Puławskiej. Rewelacyjna opieka zarówno personelu medycznego jak i Doktora prowadzącego. Miałam trudny zabieg usunięcia woreczka żółciowego- co by się wydawało że to szybki i prosty zabieg metodą laparoskopową, ale jak życie pokazuje pacjenci są różni. Pan Doktor Steć to profesjonalista, a do tego wrażliwy człowiek, który pacjenta traktuje z szacunkiem, wyrozumiałością i martwi się o jego zdrowie, chce mu pomóc jak najlepiej umie. Widać, że to co robi to jego pasja. Panie pielęgniarki tak samo super, doglądały, pomagały, opiekowały się najlepiej jak mogły - wszystko bardzo dobrze. Bardzo dziękuję za wszystko🙂

19.02 miałam laparoskopię woreczka żółciowego i jestem zachwycona pobytem w szpitalu. Opieka medyczna na najwyższym poziomie.
Pan dr M.Steć to najmilszy i najwspanialszy lekarz jakiego spotkałam. Empatyczny, z dużym poczuciem humoru. Uważnie słucha pacjenta i odpowiada na kazde pytanie. Dzięki Panu Doktorowi operacja nie była juz taka straszna.

Wykonywałam dzisiaj badanie gastroskopii u dr.Yordana Dranchuk w asyście pielęgniarki p.Zuzanny Zawadzkiej i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Pani doktor przeprowadziła wstępny wywiad, wytłumaczyła jak będzie przeprowadzane badanie krok po kroku a samo badanie wykonała sprawnie. W trakcie badania pani Zuzanna dbała o to abym czuła się komfortowo i służyła pomocną dłonią podczas badania :) Obie panie były bardzo miłe, uśmiechnięte i pomocne. Chciałabym raz jeszcze podziękować za udaną wizytę. Oby więcej takich osób z powołania a nie z przymusu, jak w innych placówkach zdrowia.

Anna Gołębiewska przeprowadziła badanie bardzo delikatnie, tłumaczyła każdy etap krok po kroku. Wszystko w spokoju, bez pośpiechu, biorac nawet pod uwage, ze badanie wykonywalem z usztywnionym i bolącym stawem kolanowym. Znieczulenie podstawowe zupełnie mi wystarczyło, Pani dr. profesjonalnym podejściem i urokiem osobistym spowodowała, że całość wizyty oceniam na 6+ Polecam!
