Dentopolis in Poznan (Poland) Reviews, Best Costs in 2025

I do not recommend the clinic anymore (and I returned to Dentopolis after 10 years, where previously I was very happy with the service provided). After I sought second hand opinion, I can honestly now say that I am highly disappointed with the dentist who "looked after" my teeth (more like my wallet the moment I said I earn in ££ - my bad for forgetting myself how capitalism works in Poland). The appointment itself was chaotic and the dentist had a few "hiccups" during the session which further eroded trust in seeking their services in the future. I simply cannot recommend Dentopolis anymore. Please see below to my email response when Dentopolis emailed me directly after the above comments, to attack me for "bad" review: Dear Agnieszka Thank you for your comprehensive defence of Dentopolis, without being in possession of full facts. (Please note that this is how you officially address someone – not directly calling them by “Pani Paulino”, as you have done it with your rude response my way. Please learn from the form of this letter since Poland is aspiring to match up to the West). I was not going to dignify your email with a response; however, now I’ve looked at the google review response (laughable!), I believe that we do need to clarify the confusion on your part regarding the defence launched my way for the service provided at Dentopolis on 11.03.2025. I do not have an issue with the tooth filling and x-ray price. I was expecting that to be a costly procedure. What I have an issue with, is the hygienist part of the service provided, or rather forced upon me. When the appointment started with 16minute delay, I have instructed the dentist that I require one filling and need just a check up to see if the tooth I had serviced here back in the UK in November 2024 to see if it had been properly pulled out. I have learned that day that the hygienist service is “KONIECZNY” without outlining the costs to me in advance, but rather at the end of the appointment. Hygienist service should remain optional and I should have received that choice – the dentist was pushing for it to happen. Since you yourself was not present during the appointment, I do not believe you have the authority to speak to me the way you did in your email – you were simply not present during the appointment and defend a dentist that did not perform a good service that day for the money charged out. A full hygienist package had been forced my way – it had not been done on the “cheap” side – please refer to your Pricing List on your website 😊 Happy to attach a screenshot if you’re struggling to see that for yourself. Secondly, the dentist had a few “hiccups” – that I did not see you address in your critique back at me? Let’s outline them here below: She has fell out of her chair – was she perhaps on a party the night before her Tuesday shift? The reason I am implying what I am implying is she struggled to adjust the head rest, and took good 10 minutes to work out as well the order in which she will proceed with the appointment, but the falling out of the chair had raised concerns in my head. Dentist Ela was clearly confused on shift. I had not been offered anaesthetic injection straightaway – I had kicked the chair 3 times before she said she will do the injection. Since she told me and justified the “KONIECZNY” (and I am using here Polish on purpose) hygienist procedure with the fact that my teeth are sensitive – my question to you is: was I to go through the entire hygienist package in pain? She should have known in advance that removing plaque for someone with sensitive teeth will be hurtful, or is that now suddenly not the case? I did not appreciate the disgruntled dentist assistant slagging off other staff member over my head over a rota change and having a private conversation with the dentist – again that rings red flags for future appointments. I was also told several of my other teeth need servicing - that did not prove right after seeking second option - did you have me for a piggy bank on a 11.03?

Trafiłam tu z nagłym przypadkiem, będąc w Poznaniu przejazdem. Obawiałam sie czy trafię na dobrego denstyste, trafiłam najlepiej jak tylko mogłam. Pani Elżbieta wysłuchała mnie, wszystko wytłumaczyła i zrobiła to co było konieczne. Czułam się wyjątkowo zaopiekowana, czułam fach w rękach. Aż się zastanawiam czy na dalsze leczenie nie przyjeżdżać z Warszawy 😅 Dziękuję ✨

Moja córka cierpiała z powodu wyrastających ósemek,w Dentopolis otrzymaliśmy fachową pomoc.Od samego wejścia czuje się troskę o pacjenta,a to za sprawą przemiłej Pani w recepcji, która już profilaktycznie "zabukowała"nam wizytę do chirurga (wiadomo jak to z"8"bywa). Najpierw miła Pani Doktor obejrzała sprawę i faktycznie chiurg potrzebny.Po chirurgu spotkaliśmy się na korytarzu i zatroskana pytała jak nam poszło, więc to bardzo miłe.W czasie oczekiwania na chirurga zrobiliśmy zdjęcie, dosłownie 2 min.od Dentopolis.Tymi nieszczęsnymi "8" zajął się Pan Doktor Hubert, usunął bezbólowo,ekspresowo w bardzo przyjaznej, luźnej atmosferze.Po zabiegu tylko opuchlizna.Bez problemu zwolnienie z zajęć.Serdecznie polecam 😊

Po długich poszukiwaniach dobrego stomatologa w końcu trafiłam w 10. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wizyt do Dentopolis. Trafiłam tutaj, bo potrzebowałam pomocy z bolącym zębem źle zrobionym w innym miejscu. Pani Maria zajęła się wyleczeniem tego zęba oraz przygotowała cały plan leczenia pozostałych zębów do założenia aparatu i uratowała kilka z nich przed poważniejszym leczeniem oraz poprawiła niedoróbki po innych placówkach. Jest bardzo dokładna oraz pierwszy raz spotkałam się z bezbolesnym podawaniem znieczulenia - ręka jak u chirurga 😊 Skorzystałam również z leczenia u innych specjalistów w tym miejscu (wyrwanie ósemek, poprawa leczenia kanałowego sprzed lat, higienizacja). Doceniam też fakt, że normalnie podawane jest tutaj znieczulenie i wlicza się to w czas wizyty, jednak w wielu miejscach to nie jest jeszcze standard. W końcu nie odczuwam żadnego dyskomfortu w jamie ustnej i strachu przed wizytą u dentysty 😊 Placówka wygląda bardzo ładnie, jest czysto i przytulnie. Przemiłe osoby na recepcji. Ceny jak dla mnie są standardowe jak na prywatne leczenie, można zapłacić o wiele więcej. Bardzo polecam!

Miejsce to małe klitki, przedzielone pokoje ściankami działowymi. Na recepcji Pani miła i na tym kończę pozytywy. Byłam u Pani Martyny i niestety ale tylko w rozmowie ładnie wytłumaczy co jak z czym i na tym koniec, co do leczenia to uszkodziła mi lekko ząb pukając w niego czymś metalowym pytając czy ten ząb boli następnie nie umiejętnie wbija znieczulenie. Miałam też wcześniej higienizjacje i niestety nie dokładnie zrobiła bo po miesiącu byłam w innym miejscu i się lekarz wystraszył że jak można zostawić tak zęby po higienizjacji, więc ja osobiście nie polecam Dentopolis.

Polecam, gabinet Dentopolis. Miła i rzetelna obsługa w rejestracji. Zawsze oddzwaniają, jeżeli nie można się połączyć. Z uśmiechem i bezproblemowo załatwiają różne prośby. Stomatolodzy wyjaśniają szczegóły zabiegu. Profesjonalnie i empatią podchodzą do pacjentów.

Naprawdę bardzo dobre miejsce do zajęcia się swoimi zębami. Trafiłam na Pana Huberta Pietruszę - chirurga stomatologicznego i nie miałam pojęcia, że można być tak świetnym lekarzem. Przeogromna wiedza, technika wykonywania zabiegów, imponujące umiejętności i do tego rewelacyjne podejście do pacjenta. Szczerze polecam!
