Fantastyczna obsługa pacjenta. Pani Agnieszka Telesz wywarła na mnie i na moim dziecku bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Pierwszy raz dziecko miało tak dbale skorygowany aparat. Dodatkowo sama informowała nas o wielu sprawach, na które mamy zwracać uwagę. Polecam z całego serca. Dziękujemy 🫶

Chciałam umówić dziecko na zdjęcie panoramiczne zębów.Nie ma opcji gdyż wykonują zdjęcia tylko ze skierowania od własnych dentystów. Słabe,że klinika odmawia wykonanie zdjęcia ze skierowania innego lekarza. Typowo naciągane podejście do pacjenta.

Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine.
As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do.
Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep.
After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to.
So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.

Jestem bardzo rozczarowana wizytą w tej klinice, nie polecam.
Córka w innej placówce bez problemu dała sobie zajrzeć do buzi i posprawdzać wszystko bez zająknięcia.
Tutaj nawet bała się usiąść na fotelu.
Pani doktor Zuzanna nawet nie próbowała zachęcić dziecka tylko ciągle poganiała, że zaraz ma kolejnego pacjenta i ona nie ma czasu.
Dodatkowo teksty typu "przestań krzyczeć, bo mnie już głowa boli, a muszę wytrzymać do wieczora ", do 5 letniego dziecka są nie na miejscu.
Dodatkowo kompletny brak wytłumaczenia dziecku co będzie robić tylko kolejne poganianie i mówienie " mam już dość, nie mogę wytrzymać" mówią same za siebie o Pani podejściu do dzieci.
Brak empatii i zrozumienia. Jak Pani nie ma cierpliwości i podejścia do dzieci to proszę ich nie przyjmować

Zabieg ALL on six góra i dół wykonany na znieczuleniu miejscowym.Pan Hubert to profesjonalista prawdziwy ripperdoc z cyberpunka podczas zabiegu nie czułem żadnego bólu ,na drugi dzień lekka opuchlizna dosłownie i zero bólu.Pani Karolina super osoba wesoła z miłym podejściem do pacjenta i profesjonalnie podchodzi do swojej pracy ale ogólnie cały zespól Haldent jest bardzo pomocny od Pań z recepcji,protetyka Huberta, fizjoterapeutki po pani Karoline fotograf :D jestem bardzo mile zaskoczony oraz mega zadowolny z usługi wykonanej w firmie HALDENT!

I recently had All-on-6 on upper and lower jaws at Haldent clinic I couldn't have been in better hands from start to finish, the whole process was really smooth. Staff are absolutely amazing they arrange hotel and pick ups to and from clinic so you don't have anything to worry about and they are there to answer your questions and any concerns you may have, I really did feel safe in their hands and was extremelv confident in Dr.Hubert Trzepatowski whom I researched before committing to the procedure he is a Nobel biocare all-on-4 expert and certified trainer of All-on-4 in Poland. The clinic is modern and extremely clean, staff speak good English are very professional. I would highly recommend Haldent clinic to anyone considering having All- on-4 abroad. Special mention to Medhat who has been with me throughout the whole process and is always there to answer any questions.

Jedyny plus za znalezienie w miarę szybkiego terminu - dzwoniłem wczoraj po 18 termin na dzisiaj rano. Rejestrując się mówiłem dokładnie o jaki problem chodzi i że chodzi o 2 letnie dziecko... Natomiast na wizycie dowiedziałem się jedynie: że nie są w stanie tak małego dziecka zbadać, że w zasadzie to nie mają typowo dziecięcego stomatologa, że dziecko powinien obejrzeć stomatolog dziecięcy (fajnie, tylko po to właśnie tam przyszedłem żeby obejrzał je stomatolog dziecięcy, bo sam doszedłem do tego że taki stomatolog powinien dziecko zobaczyć) - no i oczywiście za te jakże cenne informacje musiałem zapłacić. Jeszcze większe zdziwienie że z dzieckiem dużo lepiej poradził sobie student stomatologii na Montelupi, bez żadnej sedacji wziewnej ani niczego innego czego Haldent nie miał by na wyposażeniu (i bez czego zdaniem przyjmującego nas lekarza miałoby się nie udać zbadanie dziecka), i to za darmo.
