This is my second time to KCM and both times the care and support has been fantastic. This time I stayed at the Zeppelin Apartments which were literally opposite the clinic. The rooms were bright and airy and spacious, the only thing I would say were that they were noisy at nighttime.
Kim was great and very supportive, popping by regularly for a chat during her stay.
Dr Major my surgeon was fantastic and I thoroughly recommend him and all the surgical team who made me feel relaxed and calm throughout.
The nurses lack English but there isn’t anything you can’t communicate in either charades or with google translate and they were quick to manage any pain or discomfort. Biggest shout out to Danuka (I hope I’ve spelled it right).
I didn’t really see my coordinator who it had been described would be with me every step of the way on the trip but in honesty, she wasn’t really necessary so it wasn’t an issue.
I would thoroughly recommend KCM to anyone - it is a very professional, clean and safe place to travel for surgery and I would absolutely go back a third time!

Even before travelling to the clinic Widyane was in frequent contact to sort out any little problems or answer any questions. Met me on arrival at the clinic. Was very patient getting me settled in. Following that Widyane and Katrina were constantly available to shepherd me around, sort out any issues, answer any questions. They liaised with other staff - very helpful to act as go between for English/Polish communication.
Post operation they visited everyday to see that I was ok and didnt need anything, although I also had their mobile number for calling anytime.
When it was time to leave it felt like saying goodbye to 2 new friends. Cant speak highly enough about them. They are a real assett to KCM clinic.
