Dnia 15 lipca 2025 miałam zabieg higienizacji zębów. Zabieg higienizacji przeprowadzony przez higienistkę Wioletę Gebauer oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Przed zabiegiem poinformowałam higienistkę o wrażliwych dziąsłach, prosząc o ostrożne wykonanie procedury. Niestety, zabieg był bolesny i nie spełniał moich oczekiwań pod względem delikatności. Po zakończeniu zabiegu zauważyłam rany i krew na dziąsłach. W ciągu czterech dni po zabiegu pojawiły się poważne dolegliwości: opuchnięte i podrażnione dziąsła oraz bardzo dużą ilość aft w jamie ustnej, których wcześniej nie miałam. Przed zabiegiem nie miałam żadnych problemów moje dziąsła były zdrowe i w dobrej kondycji, nie odczuwałam bólu ani dyskomfortu. Niestety, po zabiegu zmagam się wyłącznie z bólem, podrażnieniem, krwawieniem i ogólnym pogorszeniem stanu jamy ustnej. Dolegliwości te powodują znaczny dyskomfort i wymagają dodatkowego leczenia.

Pani mgr Wioleta Gebauer, zawsze jest troskliwa oraz skrupulatna. Wyjaśnia wszystkie szczegóły, jak i co robić po wizycie, żeby zęby zostały białe.
Dostałam dodatkową ulotkę jak dbać o zęby w ciąży.
Na wizycie czuję się zaopiekowana.

Jestem klientem stałym. Dziś 16 czerwca. Już nie po raz pierwszy zwracam się o profilaktykę. Nie jestem osobą obcą albo nowym pacjentem stan którego potrzebuje zbadania w dłuższym czasie. Poprosiłem o wizytę w celach przeglądu profilaktycznego. Dostałem propozycję terminu po 09 lipcu 🤯🤯🤯 Czy jesteście na NFZ?! Albo prywatną kliniką z jakością obsługi klienta? Poprosiłem o rozmowę z menadżerem. Nawet nie zaproponowała mi alternatywnego terminu. Obojętnie zignorowała moją wiadomość o tym że w takim przypadku odchodzę i poproszę historię leczenia. Menedżer nawet nie podejmowała próby rozwiązania tej sytuacji i utrzymania własnego klienta. Widocznie menedżer ten nie wie co to jest praca z klientem. Z tego powodu odchodzę i przenoszę leczenie dentystyczne do innego gabinetu stomatologicznego. HAŃBA
