Jak ktoś chce sobie “umilić” dzień, to dobry adres. Bezsensowny system, nieprzyjazny pacjentowi. Bez rejestracji w recepcji nie można się dowiedzieć w jakim gabinecie ma się wizytę. OK - tylko szkoda, że jednej recepcji odsyłają do drugiej (na której nikogo nie ma). Wybierają osoby z kolejki według uznania. Ostatecznie ja i osoba przede mną zostaliśmy pokierowani do złego gabinetu. Jeden Pan został odesłany do pracodawcy, bo coś się nie spodobało w podpisie na skierowaniu medycyny pracy (!). No za dużo przypadków jak na jedną wizytę.
Sama wizyta uratowała sytuację. Pani doktor bardzo miła i kompetentna. Wszystkie niezbędne szczepienia zrobione na miejscu. Jasne porady odnośnie podróży, jak postępować w przypadku zagrożenia.

Placówka medyczna na bardzo wysokim poziomie – czysto, profesjonalnie, a przede wszystkim zespół pań pobierających krew zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie. Zabiegi wykonują sprawnie, delikatnie i z empatią, nawet jeśli ktoś obawia się pobierania – potrafią stworzyć komfortową atmosferę, co naprawdę robi różnicę.
Niestety, mniej pozytywne wrażenie pozostawiła Pani Weronika z rejestracji do punktu pobrań. Była nieprzyjemna, opryskliwa i mało pomocna. Zabrakło empatii i odpowiedzi na proste pytania – szkoda, bo obsługa w rejestracji to pierwszy kontakt pacjenta z placówką i ma duży wpływ na ogólne wrażenie.
Podsumowując – bardzo polecam sam punkt pobrań, ale mam nadzieję, że jakość obsługi w rejestracji zostanie bardziej dopilnowana.

Jestem bardzo rozczarowana podejściem tej kliniki. Mimo że mój wizyt został wcześniej opłacony, odmówiono mi obsługi bez próby rozwiązania sytuacji.
Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić, że ta placówka coraz bardziej skupia się na formalnościach, papierach i dokumentach, zapominając o najważniejszym — o pacjencie i jego zdrowiu.
To smutne, że miejsce, które powinno pomagać i leczyć ludzi, odwraca się od swoich podstawowych wartości. Nie polecam.

Na wiele Centr jakie przyszło mi odwiedzić w Polsce, to w CM Forum znacząco wyróżnia się na tle pozostałych.
Miła atmosfera wyczuwalna na samym wejściu, życzliwe i uśmiechnięte twarze personelu. Bardzo czysto, pachnąco, Centrum dostosowane dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Dodatkowo nie spotkałam się z nieuprzejmością, ani tym bardziej brakiem profesjonalizmu ze strony lekarzy, przeciwnie. Zawsze empatyczni, rzetelni. Zapraszają Pacjenta do gabinetu otwierając przed nim drzwi, co nie zdarza się w każdym CM.
