Byłem z dwójką dzieci na tzw pierwszej wizycie u dr Zuzanny Kamińskiej. Dzieci miały po dwie dziury, dodatkowo zdjęcie kamienia i lakierowanie. Dużo jak na pierwszy raz. Pani Zuzanna doskonale przygotowała dzieci, pokazała narzędzia, wyczuła ich poczucie humoru. Świetny klimat, świetna usługa. Miło. Dzieci z pewnością chętnie wrócą, jeśli zajdzie potrzeba. Polecam.

Chciałem podziękować całemu zespołu K2Dental i polecić wszystkim tą klinike kto ma lęk dentysty.Jak trafiłem do kliniki z pierwszych minut czułem się zaopiekowany.Dr Kwiecińska oraz jej asystentka Monika wykonali zabieg dłutowania usemki szybko i bezboleśnie, dr Komiazyk profesjonalne przeprowadzil leczenie kanałowo zęba pod mikroskopem.Oddzielnie chciałem przekazac podziękowania dla pani higienistki Bogdany za przeprowadzenie zabiegu higienizacji oraz instruktażu prawidłowego szczotkowania. Na pewno tu wrócę!

Zeby chyba dobrze zrobione , wyjdzie po czasie .Pan Michał nic nie mówi po zabiegu uzyskać jakąkolwiek informacje co dalej trzeba się samemu dopytywać ,ale gdy podczas wizyty wchodzą inne dentystki i pytają Pana Michała co mają robić zaniepokoiło mnie to bardzo. Tamte Panie nie powinny w ogóle przyjmować samodzielnie. Na szczęście ja byłam na fotelu lekarza pytanego. Przy takich cenach brak parkingu dla klienta to też bardzo słabe .

Chciałbym się podzielić moimi doświadczeniami z wizyt u Pani Doktor Kwiecińskiej. Podczas wyjazdu zaczęła mnie boleć ósemka. Zadzwoniłem do Kliniki, Pani z recepcji umówiła mnie na konsultację do Pani Doktor. W związku z tym że miałem zaplanowany kolejny wyjazd zależało mi na zarezerwowaniu od razu terminu na usunięcie zęba. Mimo tego że najpierw jest potrzebna konsultacja aby ustalić czy faktycznie ząb należy usunąć, Pani Doktor zgodziła się na zarezerwowanie terminu w ciemno. W poniedziałek zrobiliśmy konsultację wraz ze zdjęciem RTG które w tej Klinice można wykonać na miejscu a we wtorek rano Pani Doktor usunęła mi ząbek. W czwartek zaniepokojony tym że w ślinie pojawiło się trochę krwi zadzwoniłem do Kliniki z pytaniem czy to normalne. Pani która odebrała powiedziała mi że nie ma powodu do zmartwień ale skonsultuje to jeszcze z Panią Doktor mimo że o to nie prosiłem. Odzwoniła do mnie sama z siebie, Pani Doktor zaproponowała żebym podjechał na krótkie oględziny wciskając mnie w grafik pomiędzy pacjentami. Na wizytę nie byłem w stanie przyjechać bo nie było mnie już w trójmieście więc grzecznie podziękowałem. Godzinę później z dużym zdziwieniem odebrałem telefon od Pani Doktor Kwiecińskiej która wypytała mnie o szczegóły, spytała czy nie potrzebuję leku na uszczelnienie naczyń krwionośnych gdyby krwawienie się nasiliło etc. Zostałem uspokojony i wszystkie moje wątpliwości zostały zaopiekowane. Życzę wszystkim Państwu kontaktu z tak profesjonalnym i życzliwym podejściem i działaniem jakie mnie spotkało ze strony Doktor Kwiecińskiej.
Dodam jeszcze że pojawienia się odrobimy krwi w ślinie zawdzięczam własnej głupocie i jedzeniu granoli na sucho dwa dni po ekstrakcji zęba ...

Chciałbym wyrazić ogromne uznanie dla Pani Bogdany, która już po raz 2 przeprowadziła mój zabieg higienizacji zębów. Cały proces został wykonany bardzo profesjonalnie i dokładnie. Pani higienistka wykazała się dużą wiedzą, cierpliwością oraz dbałością o komfort pacjenta. Zabieg był przeprowadzony w miłej atmosferze, a efekt końcowy przerósł moje oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie polecam tę klinikę każdemu, kto szuka fachowej i rzetelnej opieki stomatologicznej.
