Wizyta u dr. Roberta Jaromowskiego była skrajnie nieprofesjonalna i zakończyła się poważnymi komplikacjami zdrowotnymi. Nie przeprowadzono ze mną żadnego wywiadu lekarskiego, mimo że choruję na cukrzycę i nadciśnienie. Lekarz odmówił wykonania zdjęcia RTG oraz zastosowania żelu znieczulającego przed podaniem zastrzyków. Zostałem również upokorzony – lekarz nazwał mnie „fleją” z powodu kamienia nazębnego, mimo że higienizacja była już zaplanowana w innym gabinecie, w konkretnym terminie.
Choć samo usunięcie zęba przebiegło bez bólu, wykonano je bez delikatności i bez empatii. Kilka dni później wystąpił suchy zębodół, stan podgorączkowy, a szew sam odpadł.
W efekcie musiałem zgłosić się do innego gabinetu, gdzie rozpoznano m.in. zapalenie kości, wysięk z zębodołu, martwicę tkanek, ciała obce oraz prawdopodobne uszkodzenie gałęzi końcowej nerwu bródkowego. Mimo że niebawem miną dwa lata od tamtej wizyty, cały czas odczuwam dyskomfort. Opis wizyty zawarty w dokumentacji mówi jasno o poważnym urazie: stwierdzono miejscowe zapalenie, parestezję okolicy brodki, pionowe pęknięcie śluzówki o długości 2–3 cm, usunięto martwe tkanki i ciała obce pozostawione po zabiegu.
Sprawa została zgłoszona do Rzecznika Odpowiedzialności Zawodowej przy Okręgowej Izbie Lekarskiej.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam. To doświadczenie było nie tylko bolesne fizycznie, ale przede wszystkim upokarzające i niebezpieczne.

My daughter had an appointment today and it went great. Despite some tears, doctor managed to calm my child down, they talked a lot and overall it ended up being fun experience. We left the office in a great mood.

Byłam u doktor Szczodrak na ten moment trzy razy, licząc moją dzisiejszą, nagłą wizytę. Od lat nie odwiedzałam dentysty, zaczęłam szukać gabinetów ze względu na nagłe pogorszenie się stanu mojego uzębienia. Patrzyłam oczywiście pod kątem cenowym, jak i lokalizacji, ale również opinii. Pierwsza wizyta od dawna była wizytą bardzo dobrze zapamiętaną. Doktor Szczodrak jest niesamowicie przesympatyczną kobietą, która podczas zabiegu tłumaczy dokładnie krok po kroku, co dzieje się z zębem, dając poczucie bezpieczeństwa, komfortu i zaufania. Jestem przeogromnie wdzięczna za jej pomoc i szczerze polecam wybór tego miejsca!

I mogę polecić ją z całego serca.
Pani dr. dentysta wysokiej kultury, bardzo dokładnie wszystko tłumaczy, proponuje różne opcje leczenia. Jest dosyć krótki czas oczekiwania na wizytę. Uzupełnienie ubytków przebiegło bezboleśnie.
W dwa dni miałam uzupełnione 5 ubytków, a cena była niższa od każdej innej stomatologii w której kiedykolwiek byłam.
Polecam z całego serca! Napewno będę tam wracać na wizyty profilaktyczne.
I jeszcze raz dziękuję Pani doktor za dokładność, empatię i wyrozumiałość na każdym etapie współpracy.
