In my life journey of dental work experiences, I've never had a more positive one as I did at Smile4Ever. One year ago I reached out to Smile4Ever and set an appointment for some dental implant(s). At that time, the work did not happen because they were cautious to inform me that because of the recent other medical procedure I had it would not be advisable for me to have dental work, until fully healed. I contacted Magda again. Her communication throughout the entire preliminary coordination was A+. Appointments, transportation, hotel, everything was a breeze with her guidance. The day of my appointment I met Krystal and my medical team. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and made me feel like I've known them forever. Dra. Nancy Ponce, and my surgeon, WOW! Dra. Ponce's patience and gentle hands made it feel more like a spa treatment, rather than serious dental work. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed, and "the plan" was thoroughly explained. Great bed-side manner. I loved Dra. Ponce. My surgeon comes in with his assistant and between laughs and giggles to make me feel more comfortable, before I knew it the surgery was over, pain free. And Krystal, the administrator, this chica is on the ball, with everything. She ironed out every little glitch that came up (through my own creation) and she found effective solutions for everything from payment, transport, medical passes, you name it, she did it. Gracias Krystal! By the way, I had two friends that accompanied me to my appointment and they both ended up becoming patients and actually completing their consults and some procedures the next day. How's that for team work?! And to top it all off, they let me act myself in the reception area, just a little goofy! This clinic is very professional and our experience was above and beyond our expectations! The staff is caring and knowledgeable in their expertise of dental care!! They assisted us in setting up our hotel accommodations and travel assistance across the border . The driver's were professional and helpful in our commute with border patrol. My wife had years of neglecting her teeth as she is from a small town in Brazil with limited dental care. After having been told she needed a full mouth restoration with bone grafts, multiple implants, and more we obtained quotes in Los Angeles for 30 thousand dollars on upward. Very good dentist. Very detail oriented and they care about you as their patient. I would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. I Was told in the US that they could not do anything with my teeth and here they gave me a complete new beautiful smile. If I had to do it all over again I would choose them again. I have no regrets letting them do my dental work. It is a great dental facility.
