The hospital was very clean and the staff was very attentive, excellent service. My medical tourist Maritza and Carlo guided me through everything answered all my questions. My initial contact was Aileen via email and she was great! My only complaint about the hospital was that they did not give my family who was not allowed to wait in the lobby any updates in regards to my surgery but other than that everything went smooth. Doctor Siriñana was friendly and answered all my questions. My follow up visit was smooth as well not much of a wait and no line to pass back to the USA.

10-01-2022! The process from beginning to end was an experience I would recommend to anyone! They spoke english, and if they didnt commincation was easily attained. Sammy my driver was amazing, Maritza who met me at the hospital and to my hotel was amazing! Dr. Rojas and his staff and the nurses everyone was amazing and pleasant and made me feel at home and tried very hard to communicate with me in english they were all so pleasant and nice! I would advocate and recommend there services from Canada to Mexicali. Thankyou all for being apart of making a dream come true to just reverse my tubes! If a blessing of a child comes from it i will post again! If not im okay with it, at my age i know the %! But miracles do happen everyday!! 💜🥳🏁

I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having a sort of medical procedure this is the place to have it done. I am over the moon with how well I was treated by not only the nurses and hospital staff but Dr. S, Dr. Mariana, Penelope and Maritza were exceptionally wonderful to work with. Their prices are very affordable and the hospital is a 5 star 🌟 I was very happy with all my procedures done here at the Hospital de la Familia. I have gone twice in the last 2 years and my out come on the procedures have been awesome! I recommend this place if your looking for professionalism, quality work and awesome services at a very affordable price. Carlo is awesome to work with and he is there for you every step of the way, and if you have questions Carlo has answers, also Dr Sariñana is an amazing physician that knows his stuff and goes out of his way for his patients.

I'm not exactly a trusting person when it comes to medical procedures. After 10 minutes in the care of Hospital de la Familia I realized I was in good hands.
The facilities are the cleanest I've seen. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't speak Spanish and the staff still always took the time to make sure there was someone to translate and put my concerns at ease. Five stars all the way.
