I had a great experience at Marroquin & Sandoval and it went like this:
After finally decided to get a facelift, my best option was to go to Mexico because I often visit Guadalajara and I heard there are good plastic surgeons in the city. So I found Dr Marroquin & Sandoval then got in contact with Dr. Marroquin through Bookimed and since I live in the USA, they quickly set me up with a virtual consultation. During the conversation, Dr. Marroquín listened to what I wanted and needed, which was a deep plane facelift but mostly I was looking for an advice as I wanted to obtain a more youthful and natural look. Dr Marroquin answered all my concerns and questions and without any pressure of any kind, he suggested and patiently explained with detail the possible procedures (based on my photos and after showing me examples of other patient’s results) we agreed that a deep plane facelift, a blepharoplasty and an upper lip lift was best for me. Soon after, I scheduled my surgery within the next month . Once in Guadalajara, I met Dr. Marroquin at the hospital for the pre-op consultation. During the pre-consult, we talked more about the surgery and explaining in detail the before, during and after the procedure. Dr Marroquin was very friendly, easygoing and very knowledgeable of his skill and always ready to provide information to any concerns which it made me feel more comfortable for the days ahead. The day of my surgery I arrived at the hospital, it is a small building but pretty neat, well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood. I was feeling somewhat anxious but the staff was also very polite, attentive and professional. My surgery went fine without any complications, Dr Marroquin and staff came to check on me often and provided me medication in a timely manner. Once I got discharged from hospital the next day, I kept in touch with him via WhatsApp texts and he responded very quick.. I stayed in Guadalajara for 5 weeks so I conveniently had my follow-ups at least twice a week for suture removal and drains and a good thing is that Dr. Marroquin will accommodate the appointments according to my availability and time. Now Im back home and 8 weeks post surgery, still recovering but looking much better day by day. Some friends and relatives that haven’t see me in a while, noticed something different in me and tell me that I look good and more fresh. I can’t wait to see the final result in a few more months.
I would definitely go back in case I need another procedure and also recommend Dr. Marroquin to family and friends as he treats patients with respect and I really appreciate that he take his time to answer questions and explain the whole process according to every person needs and also the honesty when it comes to real expectations so one can make a proper decision. If anyone is considering to get a plastic surgery, you just found the right place.

Mi experiencia fue excelente con el Dr Marroquín. Vivo en EUA y lo contacté por whatsup el cual atienden de manera inmediata. Acudí a una cita personalmente y me explicó a detalle el procedimiento y su trato fue exelente por parte del doctor y personal del hospital y lo más importante que el costo de la cirugía fue exactamente lo que me cotizó desde un principio. Quede 100% complacido con mi cirugía de ginecomastia. Importante mencionar esto ya que en otras experiencias con otros cirujanos que atendieron a mi esposa siempre salen costos extras y terminas pagando más de lo que te cotizan.
