A medical center with the worst service awareness. I wasted three hours there waiting for a CT scan. The secretaries disrespect the customer. She grew one while the disks were in front of her. She ate an apple and only after she was finished did she kindly let me go.

A private medical center with a sense of service that strives for zero! The surgeon was amazing, everything else was a horror. The staff is not helpful, bitter and makes you feel that you are unwelcome to say the least, almost all the staff there in the center have a disgusting and unpleasant attitude. There was not one time that we asked a question and received proper treatment, disgust. There is no chance in the world that we will return for more treatments/surgeries at this medical center, even at half price. A private medical center? I really don't feel that way

Unfortunately, the General Health Insurance Fund works with them on Holter tests. I connected with a device in the Century Tower. A device with dirty cables that when I commented on it the answer was "nothing to do". From 7/31 until today, 9/15, the results were not entered into the system. I tried to make contact by phone to request that the results be forwarded to my doctor. At the Century Tower there is no answer on the extension to this department and from the center I was told to contact the medical center directly. There is no answer at the Medical Center, for about half an hour it goes from voice response to voice response and finally to the clerk who delivers an email and claims that this is the only way to contact. Worst service!

Appointments are cancelled. The wait is very long in the test itself, which is getting longer and longer. Waste of a whole day on their mismanagement

I am very surprised by the level of training of Israeli doctors. At home, I was only offered a mastectomy - breast removal. It was a complete disaster. It's good that my relatives told me in time - go and heal in Israel! At the Ramat Aviv clinic, I received a very warm welcome, after all the diagnostics were over, they offered me an organ-preserving operation, a lumpectomy with simultaneous breast plastic surgery. They removed the tumor and did a reconstruction - I am very satisfied with the result.
