Shit of a place of service, horrible abuse of people. I was summoned to an appointment in one of the departments of this shocking hospital. The clerk sent me to register with the sheriff. I went to register at that time. The doctor decided to go home and not see me. The audacity of people!!! Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend them under any circumstances. It is better to die than to go there. They sent me a message to get a form 17. It turns out that it is not needed at all because the treatment I needed was private. They asked me to pay 1900 shekels. I came to pay. The shocking clerk called and said that there was no reason to pay because the doctor left. There are no such things??! Really disappointed with the attitude and service

I was born in this hospital, in 1992, also the hospital is considered central, the maternity ward and delivery rooms are among the largest in Israel - and in the Jerusalem area in particular. There are general health insurance clinics within the hospital in certain areas, mainly on the north side. There is a new, modern, very deep underground parking lot, with many parking levels.

Like any large place, there are better and worse staff but I've come here many times as the mom of a bunch of kids and for myself, I've been in regular ER, also women's ER, also children's ER, also labor and delivery, also pediatric nephrology, also orthopedics. Overall, I trust Shaarei Tzedek to be professional, the doctors are experienced and the staff helpful. Of course, there were sometimes difficulties, but I still wouldn't go to any other Jerusalem hospital. I also was here once with a friend whose granddaughter had received dangerous "care" with an Arab doctor at a different hospital and sent home, and when she got a dangerous infection as a result, they came to Shaarei Tzedek where the daughter got proper treatment. Labor and delivery is beyond overcrowded and the hospital as a whole is overcrowded, there are often long waits. Children's ER generally somewhat better but not always. But overall, knowledgeable properly trained staff and trustworthy hospital which is a lot, so I consider it worth the wait. For delivery, the only place I truly recommend is Laniado but if you can't get there and you can manage with 3 women to a room post-partum (which I think should be illegal) the staff is good. All the food made by the hospital is Eida Chareidis and it's a religious hospital, but each food vendor has their own kosher certification.

NIS 1,200 cost for lack of attitude and a bed in the hallway where my partner suffered post-traumatic stress from the army and who also asked for a pill to calm his stomach (even Advil) because he was in pain, they didn't bring it to him. Funny that the cousin across the street brought it in 2 minutes. Oh, and we already wanted to be released, we looked for the doctor for another hour. And everything there was disgusting. I am traumatized by everything I saw there and how people were treated, I was shocked! Just don't even come close.!
