Accompanying a friend who is undergoing treatment, may she be healthy. I must point out that the team here is amazing on several levels above anything I have known to date. 15 years ago I underwent surgery at Medikal and I remembered the place well, glad that everything was preserved and even improved. The place is incredibly clean, the cafeteria is pleasant with fresh products at reasonable prices, the entrance to the place is well maintained and equipped with benches, a waterfall and vegetation that create a pleasant atmosphere. Really a great place. But above all, the smiling, generous staff is pleasant and professional, that's what makes the place. All the best to you and thank you for your holy work.

Already at the reception we were received like in a 5-star hotel... They made me feel relaxed, explained and answered questions very patiently. The treatment during the preparation for surgery and hospitalization was professional and kind. I felt that my father was in good hands. We received very good recommendations about Dr. Ohana. I would like to mention Ayala Levy, who accompanied us through the process, was available every day and hour, and helped with every question and request. The inpatient department is clean, the rooms are large and spacious, the staff is pleasant, and the atmosphere is calm. Thank you ❤️

Very bad service experience! My elderly mother was promised that for 2,000 she would receive an opinion from an orthopedic hand specialist, have her x-rays taken on the spot and be given a diagnosis. In practice - she was seen by a general orthopedic surgeon who could not diagnose the problem, they did not take x-rays because they booked her for a time when the machines were closed and now they are not getting back to us to make an appointment with a hand specialist (we have already tried 4 times to make an appointment and they promised they would get back to us but they never did)

This is a terrible place overall. I had many appointments and tests there and finally give up. Chaotic, administrative incompetence, bad digital systems, rude staff, mediocre doctors. And of course all top price and out of pocket. Israel has great medicine. One can do a lot better. Particularly if one can afford it. I originally picked HMC because if convenience, stayed out of habit. Not anymore.
