Great place to relax in a peaceful quiet place. It was perfect for me cause I was able to do yoga meditation yet was close enough to surf Wala (6 mins walk) to surf in the mornings. Highly recommend their medication and yoga class and their massage was good too.
it's vegan cuisine I would have preferred vegetarian 😁 WiFi wasn't strong in my room but worked well in the reception area.

The resort was lovely - all the staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. The food was delicious and I felt much healthier when I left. I had several treatments which were good value and provided with care and attention. I enjoyed the talks, and although the yoga was challenging for me as I'm a beginner, it didn't matter as nobody judged. I was travelling on my own, but staff and other residents were friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my break!

Lovely calm wellness retreat - lots of yoga classes and a focus on healthy food!
The wider area is a bit more backpacker/ party vibe so you can hear loud music from the beach later at night, which goes slightly against the calm wellness atmosphere!

Great value - lovely room overlooking the lake was spacious and comfortable. Bed was firm and excellent
The value accentuated by all the free classes you can attend throughout the day ie 2 yoga classes and a mediation plus other things + all the treatments you can add on
The classes were excellent be you a beginner or experienced
Very nice staff and am sure we will return - we stayed 5 nights and left rejuvenated
Fine by us but Ayurvedic catering may not be everyone, and there is no alcohol on site - plenty of places along the beach nearby
