ABSOLUTELY APPALLING experience with DR Radhika at emergency tonight, as someone who was suggested to take Deriphyllin as a precautionary measure by a doctor in Delhi 25 years ago, reached to the so called esteem COLUMBIA ASIA Hospital and was advised cannot be given this without prescription however can be administered a steroid. Upon trying to seek clarity from the Doc is steroid not more harmful than Deriphyllin and post two to three minutes of conversation and asking if another senior doctor can be consulted, the response is this. As of now I am the only doctor here and sir I cannot give you this SHE WALKS AWAY.
There are other really good doctors at Columbia Asia from my past experience, however the emergency seems not be able to live up to the credentials of day doctor

He is one of the nicest doctor in field.
I've been a patient of neurosurgery for almost 8and a 1/2 years now and I can vouch him to be the most sincere and extremely knowledgeable.
He gives you lot of options and gives you a very apt suggestion.
We trusted him completely and now thanks to him I am able to walk without any support which I wasn't able to do as I was bed ridden past 2 years.
One suggestion I would give is that the billing section have to be empathetic towards patients attenders.

Worst experience. they give you appointments but doctors come after 2 hours for the appointment. No respect for people time. If you call them they will keep transferring your call from one Nurse Station to other. No proper response.
If you do "Health Check up" their, it has worst service. Doctors doesn't want to see the normal "health check up" patient even though its a part of package.
Just a brand name but not worth it.

My brother consulted Dr Radhika T and very bad worst experience with this hospital I found. teleconsultation has done for covid patients and has not written only gas medicine with what patients currently consulting. Also very worst part is for Walk in patients 2 follow up is there where no followup on teleconsultation even though price of both cases are same. Don't this this is worst policy. If patients is in emergency and on first consultation doctor told to call but not have called the patients. When calling their board line they said another teleconsultation fees to be charged even though first one is not over for a day 2. I hate the doctors and hospital management as well.
