The doctors are really nice ,the nursing staff is good. However patient's family is treated very badly by Manipal staff.
She spoke very rudely to my mother who was here to meet my dad who suffered a fall. She did not let us sit on the sofa at the waiting area and called security. She was very rude and had no manners.

My name is Saiesh Nayak from Ponda, my father in law was suffering from heart blockage, I will not take that incompetent doctors name, my father in law was advised to do heart related test at one of the private hospital at ponda where he met this incompetent doctor. After tests, doctor advised my father in law to visit Manipal hospital immediately for angiography, accordingly on 3rd of May my father in law with his wife visited Manipal hospital. My father in law was taken in for angiography and after some time they told us he is very serious and after some more time they told us they tried hard but could not save him.
We asked them the reason, they told he was suffering from 90% blockage and he suffered from severe heart attack on table. My question was the person who came from ponda to Dona Paula, how he can get sudden heart attack without any heart pain history that too when angiography was in progress?? Non of them was able to give proper answer including doctor. we need proper answer and we will take necessary action.
It was our biggest mistake of life to take our family member to this hospital. One family is distoyed.I will rate this hospital in minus if possible. Manipal hospital lived upto it's reputation.
