Extremely Poor Management & Patient Harassment at Max Hospital, Sector 128
We had a terrible experience with Max Hospital, Sector 128, regarding my mother-in-law’s dialysis and surgery. Despite being a reputed hospital, their management is a nightmare.
Dialysis Issues: The machines are frequently out of order, and essential treatments like potassium balance adjustment were also non-functional. Patients who require immediate care are made to wait unnecessarily.
Surgery Delays & Mismanagement: My mother-in-law was called for surgery after dialysis, yet she was forced to wait for hours because of their disorganized system. Despite completing all paperwork and payments in advance, we still faced endless delays.
Lack of Accountability: My father-in-law, despite being a senior citizen, had to run around handling formalities while the hospital staff remained unhelpful. Repeated calls to the management resulted in no real assistance.
This is pure harassment of patients and their families. A hospital is meant to provide care, not make an already difficult situation worse. Max Hospital seriously needs to improve its patient management, or they will continue to lose trust. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate healthcare.

Pathetic experience for the preventive health checkup. They booked the package but the machine for mammography was not functional. They refused to provide any tradeoff or refund. There is a long wait for doctor consultation as doctor never comes on time. Infact after making us wait for 2hrs, doctor did not turn up and I was asked to visit the next day. The next day also doctor did not come after a long wait. There is no value of patient's time and the whole process is very inefficient. After Max took over Jaypee hospital, the management seems to be in a mess.

While the doctors were good, I am extremely disappointed with the hospital staff. My father was admitted for foot surgery, and we opted for a multiple-sharing room. Unfortunately, the nursing staff was inattentive. Despite repeatedly ringing the bell to request assistance for using the washroom, no one responded the entire night. As a result, my father had to go on his own, which led to bleeding from the surgical site.
We had already informed the staff that the call bell was not working, yet no action was taken to fix it or provide alternate support.
The surgery was originally planned as a day-care procedure, but they admitted him and billed us around ₹1 lakh. Thankfully, my corporate insurance covered the cost, sparing me the financial burden.
Max is generally seen as a reputed brand, but my experience at the Noida 128 branch has been deeply disappointing.
