I visited this place twice, my most worst experience, I went there for my back pain and got my pressure and weight checked, my pressure was high around 140/200, the doctor simply ignored and said not to have any medication, within a week as I returned to my hometown I got unconscious on my neighbours door and they took me to the hospital due to high pressure which was around 120/200.
And the reason for which I visited the place - my back pain, he prescribed some medicines which didn't at all work.

Really terrible experience.
I was sick, so went to this hospital to get a drip. After that, the doctor prescribed me medicine for five days. However, after taking the prescribed medicine, my condition worsened, and I had to be admitted to the hospital.
The hospital had no proper hygiene. The food was unhygienic, and the staff didn’t even change my bed sheets and uniform for 4 days. The reports were normal still they didn’t gave me discharge by saying minimum 5 days admission is a policy and gave unnecessary injections as well. After one week, I was discharged, but I fell sick again within 15 days and had to visit the doctor.
This time, the doctor asked me to do several tests. Out of total 8 reports, 3 reports had taken time of 5 days. I was very unwell and not able to go to another doctor/hospital as reports were pending and i had invested huge amount in this hospital. my condition worsened again.
Every time i called the hospital to get reports, no one answered. If someone did pick up, they would put me on hold and then disconnect the call. I finally received reports after five days which make no sense.
The doctors and staff at this hospital are extremely inexperienced and careless. I request the Maharashtra Government to please send a team to inspect this hospital. Check the policies of hospital and the behaviour of the staff—because they are literally playing with people’s life.

Seven Hills Hospital is the only hospital where your call is attended in shortest possible time as compared to any hospital/Company.
Even their OPD is managed in a systematic manner.
I am highly impressed with their services.
I have done my sonography of abdomen and pelvis recently. Although, there were many patients for sonography on 20 May, 2025, concerned doctors and staff were extremly cooperative and carrying out their work with a smile.

Very bad experience at this hospital. My dad had a major injury, and we reached around 9:30 PM. Shockingly, the doctor came to see him only around 12 AM. Before any tests or treatment, we were forced to make full payment. Only after that did they start doing reports, and he was finally admitted at around 2:30 AM. The nurses were extremely slow, and the ward boys didn’t help the patient at all.
Even worse, the nurses seemed confused and unsure about which treatment was working. In just two days, the bill was over ₹1,00,000.
Please don’t go to this hospital. It feels like they are just running a business, not a place for healing. I seriously request that this hospital be shut down or the entire staff be replaced. They are playing with people’s lives

Seven Hills Hospital in Andheri East, Marol, will not recommend anyone, as they are only after money and generating bills. We had our patient admitted to the ICU for 50 days. Every time we asked for discharge, they would come up with something new, like a blood infection or a urine infection. Our patient was well enough and responding positively, but due to inexperienced doctors and a lack of proper treatment, they ended up on a ventilator. They took blood from us for our patient, and still, they charged us Rs 18,000 in our bill. When the quota of CGHS finished, they were still unwilling to discharge our patient, who was in the last stage, just prolonging the stay without proper consultation or feedback to the patient's relatives. Therefore, I suggest not seeking treatment here.
