Wife was admitted for delivery and post delivery care of both mother and baby. The experience was good especially the nurse staff and doctor who provided due transparency in treatment. The cleanliness was up to the mark.

This is the worst hospital in delhi. One of my relatives had to undergo a surgical procedure here. The staff and security is totally unbearable. They have no empathy towards the patient or even the family. Only one person is allowed to go in the room and he is not allowed to leave the patient alone. Yet the staff keeps calling up and down for various things. They should atleast allow two people with the patient. Visitor should have a separate card as well.
Nursing staff is inadequate.
ICU care is not that good.
Post surgery care is very poor.
They just want money and nothing else.
The bill estimate they make in the beginning doubles at the end.
The hospital is extremely expensive. They charge heavy amounts for even small tests. They sell medicines at very very high prices.
I would 100% prefer to go to any other hospital other than this.
I have had my previous experience in max hospital as well. It is really very very better from this.
I did not like the experience at all.
I would not suggest anyone to visit.
Not worth the money we payed for.

Recently I visited in medanta and my experience was very good for the first time. I consulted with Dr. Atma Ram bansal in neurology. He treated the patient very well and there is a vaishnavi staff in the hospital who helped me for billing and taking immediately appointment for MRI and her behaviour like very politely and humble . Most of the other staff was fine but I am most thankful to vaishnavi she helped me alot .

Excellent hospital with very good service. It was a great experience dealing with expert doctors and caring staff. They take care of everything and provide hope and motivation, which truly helps patients recover better and faster.
The only area for improvement is the congestion at the elevators, which sometimes leads to longer waiting times.

Choose Medanta for treatment of my mother. Came all the way from Nepal for this. But totally disappointed with the system. Lack of coordination between doctors. Took 4 days for report of PET Scan and MRI. Had to stay in long line just to measure weight and height. And then after 1 hour of going around Doctor has not even arrived. I hope further treatment is not bad as this. And for everyone reading from Nepal think twice before you choose this hospital for quality service.
