Once the staff learns you have insurance, the focus may shift more towards utilizing the full extent of your policy rather than offering the most direct or necessary treatment path.
This isn't just a one-off incident—many people face similar situations but hesitate to speak up. As someone working in digital marketing, I understand how quickly genuine feedback can be buried or removed, but I believe honest experiences should stay visible to protect and inform others.
Always ask questions, stay informed, and never feel pressured—your health and your choices matter.

My wife was treated by and operated upon under the supervision of Dr Nidhi Rajotia who has a experienced hand of Dr Seerat and a supportive coordinator Ms Anushka in her team. The team had walked an extra mile to ensure correct diagnosis and timely corrective action to ensure safety of her health. They are committed towards well being of the patient.
The Artemis Hospital is a fully equipped Hospital with extremely high standards of professionalism, hygiene and courtesy. The staff is well behaved and caring.

Artemis is the best Hospital I have been to. Excellent care and their attention to detail is out of this world. Dr Renu Raina Sehgal and her team treated me like I was the only patient in the hospital. They cared, paid attention and put our fears to rest. My surgery was a little complex but they made it feel like a walk in the park. Dr Kapil and Dr Manu got my gut health back in line.
Excellent.
I didn’t lift a finger. There was always someone to check on us. My husband felt really comfortable and rested enough as my caregiver. The meals are carefully prepared to our individual needs and preferences.

I recently had my mother surgery at Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon, Sector-51, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the experience. The staff was incredibly supportive and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel at ease during a stressful time.
Not only were the medical professionals attentive, but the housekeeping staff also stood out. They were very nice and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to our overall comfort.

Good hospital. Father was admitted in ICU and received good treatment. Doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping staff are all very helpful. Hospital is neat and clean.
