The hospital has empanelled best-in-class surgeons and equipment for surgeries, investigations and oncological care. The nursing staff is caring and pleasant to patients. They serve healthy and tasty meals to IPD patients.
But...
Service lifts are not working so even garbage is carried in patient lifts. This is absolutely ridiculous! The admin department is painfully slow. They sent 3 erroneous versions of the discharge summary to TPA making the insurance approval very very lengthy for us.
