I am telling my personal experience.Dr. Sumesh is very good and helpful during surgery. I didn't feel a major health issue after my surgery. But after the surgery i got a bed with no calling bell,it was hard for me to ask any asisitance. There was no privacy between patients, like it was very open in my ward room. So overall i am giving 4.

I had a very unique experience at the hospital. Firstly, the was facility is up to standard and the staff very professional. From the sanitary engineer (janitors), to the nurses, the kitchen staff, the supervisor all performed to expectations. Particularly the Dietician, she was always concerned about providing a meal that suited my taste.
There was a sense of urgency in the way they performed their duties, ensuring that work in done in time but effectively and professionally. One little challenge was the language barriers, quit understandable. Otherwise, everything was so top notch professionally.
Hope to have the solution to my health problems here.
