Worst Experence ever since 15 years at Max Smart Hospital, Management is so poor, Doctors Team are not ready to even provide proper time to patient.
The Hospital is being inferior from time to time, turning to be "Peetal" from "Sona".
As on 16.05.2025 my patient is still in the bed, but doctors are not ready to operate the patient admitted 13.05.2025 with the reason the reason of infection, but infection has not been found in any report.
Without operation doctors are ready to get the patient discharged, What would happen if any emergency occurs who will be responsible for this.
Totally dissatisfied with the services.

I went to Max today for a dentist appointment with Dr Ajay. However, I was seen by some technicians/junior doctors, told to do an OPG, and just given a list of procedures with their cost. No details about diagnosis, treatment plan and not even seen by the actual doctor himself. On requesting to meet him, they said he was busy and I don't need further review by him. If I wanted to show someone else or a technician why would I book an appointment for him? Also please check the CCTV footage of room C-9. The technician/junior doctor lady herself signed in place of Dr Ajay and put his seal which was so surprising. I understood the quality of care then and there. Never visiting the Department again.

Fantastic and smooth experience at Max Smart for CGHS Panelled patients.
I went there for a consultation in Gastroenterology. Dr Brajendra Prasad is very knowledgeable and carried out the Endoscopy in a smooth manner. All the other departments like the Sample Collection, Ultrasound etc were also good and I could find that the hospital is having a lot of footfalls from the CGHS beneficiaries which is a sign for their trust in the hospital and its processes

They are taking faking admission
Yesterday my son who is just turned 19 came to them for slight pain in stomach
They said there is an infection which is not gonna treated orally so they wanted him to be admitted .
For my shock no medication nothing provided whole noght and in morning which is only provide when we asked . When I contacted over doctor who is also the director of Nanavati hospital that no admission was required and medication can be taken orally .
They are doing fraud all for money

Amazing place. My mother was diagnosed with Critical disease, which requires her admission to the hospital after every 15 days. The staff there is so helpful, especially Mr. Kashish gupta.
I went to the hospital for her first admission and i realised its a very time consuming process for Echs cases. I was in hospital at 11 AM till 9 PM and after such a long wait I met Kashish who not only got me the bed in fraction of time. He also assured me that he will take care of it from next time. My parents are aged and mother is prone to infection so I didn’t want them to wait at hospital in my absence. I wasn’t sure for second admission if the process will be smooth or not. I informed Kashish about the admission one day prior, he ensured we travelled from Gurgaon to Delhi only once the bed was about to get allocated. This experience gave me a lot of confidence that my parents will be taken care when i am back to my home in USA.
For third admission, sitting here in USA, I just pinged Kashish about admission one day prior. He kept me updated about the allocation of the bed and called my parents as soon as the bed was allocated.
I have no words to express how grateful I am to Kashish, for making this process smooth for me.
This means a-lot to someone who cant be with parents in such critical time.
He also give personal touch to the entire case by meeting my parents at their room after his shift was over
