My son aged 11years admited to the fortis hospital on 07/05/2025 for treatment of pneumonia. We stayed around 15 days. The services in the hospital are very good. The Nursing and other supporting staff services are outstanding. Cleanliness and hygiene is also outstanding. The diet provided to patient is very hygiene and outstanding. The Doctors are also very experienced and explains the condition time to time.

Food services on time all things are very good ms ashlesha supervisor resolve our issues within a time she is very calmy the way she handle all things I appreciated
Coffee/tea service is one thing which can be improved, for regular meals waiting time of 30-40 mins makes sense, but even for single coffee or tea, waiting for 40 mins does not make sense. Maybe having coffee machines on floors will help.
