Had a fabulous experience at Fortis La Femme for the delivery of our baby. We were consulting Dr. Indu Tandon who is a very experienced and helpful doctor. She did not give up till the last moment and helped my wife in normal delivery rather than going for C section. Not to forget, the team of nurses. They kept the morale of the patient high and never looked inclined towards the shortcut i.e C Section. Though there were frequent shift changes for nurses, but the coordination among them was good which made the process smooth. Post delivery support was also exceptional at the first floor. Not to forget the smooth and hasslefree onboarding experience provided by Mr. Anurag right from booking till discharge. There was one negative though, the pricing of lab tests are quite expensive as compared to other reputed lab chains for the same set of tests. But on a brighter side, they wont force you to get the tests done inhouse. Overall the experience was outstanding and I would certainly recommend Dr. Indu Tandon and the hospital because of its team of nurses and admin staff.

Giving one star only for Radiologist team and a 5 star for the overall positive experience I’ve had so far with Dr. Bandana Sodhi and other supportive hospital staff members.
Today’s experience with the X-ray reception team at Fortis La Femme was deeply upsetting and disappointing.
As a first-time mother, I naturally expect empathy and professionalism during the interaction—especially in a maternity hospital. Unfortunately, the female staff member(one who’s newly married) at the X-ray reception was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unkind. Due to a minor oversight, I had mistakenly filled “1” under “total number of children” on an internal X-ray form before my scan (which, by the way, was my 6th scan here). When she called my name and asked, “Divya, is this your first pregnancy?” and I responded yes, her facial expression changed dramatically, and her tone became mocking and judgmental. Her next words: “Why do you people fill 1 here?” — were not only rude, but downright humiliating in front of other patients. Mistakes happen — a simple correction would have sufficed. Instead, she chose to embarrass me. While I maintained my calm and politely apologized, this is not how patients—especially pregnant women—should be treated.
Dear Fortis La Femme Management, I chose not to escalate the matter immediately out of respect for the hospital and its good doctors. But this behavior is unacceptable. Today it was me, tomorrow it could be someone else—someone more vulnerable—who may not feel safe returning because of such staff conduct. I will no longer be coming here for future scans. Kindly address this matter before it causes further reputational harm.

Had a very good experience at fortis la femme, right from the neo natal , to booking right up to the delivery and follow up. Very courteous staff. Special thanks to Luv Sharma at the reception for being accommodating for allotting/ shifting the room, from billing to claim settlement, it was all really smooth and well managed. Delivered my baby last week at Fortis La Femme and had the most smooth experience under the expert guidance of Dr. Madhu Goel. Have been associated with her for about 2 years now and the experience has been phenomenal. From helping me manage my pcod to ensuring I have a healthy pregnancy and a normal delivery, she has always been an incredible support and guide. She's extremely compassionate and easily accessible to ensure her patients are always cared for. Always to the point and transparent about her treatment, yet very compassionate and comforting. I still remember how she stood like a rock during my labor and did not let me give up. Strongly recommend!

Not happy with the services they provide looking at the prices charged by them. It is just a normal maternity clinic, built on a residential 500sq yard plot. Everything is inflated here. No control on room rents, and other allied services. The doc fees are 2x of normal rates, both for junior and senior doctors. The helpline email given on the posters in the hospital doesn't respond back to grievances.
They are just leveraging fortis name.. but the facilities are far worse than actual fortis hospitals.
Nurses won't stay in the room for even a minute. Everytime you press a button, new nurse comes in.
On Sunday, there were only 2 doctors managing the hospital. And Discharge summary preparation took forever.
Most of the deliveries happening here are c section / cesarean deliveries. The doctors create fear in your mind about child's and mother's health and in the panic mode, you are forced/manipulated to "electively" choose c section deliveries. This is complete unethical practice.
Dr. Anita Gupta was only interested in getting the c section done hurriedly and she doesn't support in post partum care and diagnosis. Avoid this doctor at any cost. When we asked for second opinion from our family doctor during labor, she arrogantly said "i will discharge this lady from this hospital immediately and you can take her anywhere else". Which lady doctor would say this to a expecting mother in pain.

In the name of a very fancy Hospital, this place is quite a nightmare, especially for someone who is new to Delhi. I would not recommend it at all. There is a full nexus between the practitioners and the patients are the guinea pigs. The prices are exorbitant and the quality of service doesn’t match top hospitals across India. The head of the gynaecology department, Dr. Anjila Aneja, is someone I highly do NOT recommend. She is egosticle and doesn’t give genuine advice. She really spoiled my case. Also, the emergency at the hospital was quite unhelpful during my time of need. I’d think before going to this hospital. There’s Max, PSRI, Ganguram and other more genuine hospitals in Delhi that are far more non materialistic.

Money oriented hospital. When I first came doctor asked me What’s your name? How old are you? When started last period? that’s it. This is consultation???? 🤬🤬 And consultation fee 3900 next time when I came back they again charged 3900. Worst experience. This hasn’t ultrasound and check vagina. If you want ultrasound you again paid more. Will never go to any fortis branch again and will recommend you all to do the same. Doctor said you book appointment my private clinic. its all about money to them be it customer care desk or doctors.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care I received at Fortis La Femme. The facilities are modern, clean, and designed with comfort in mind, which made my stay so much easier. But what truly stood out was the exceptional team of doctors, nurses, and support staff. They were professional, compassionate, and always attentive to every detail.
Dr. Madhu Goel has been my gynecologist and a true angel for me. She guided me through my pregnancy and made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. She’s an amazing doctor who is thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She has the most pleasant and endearing disposition and really took her time with me during each appointment to provide the knowledge needed to make an educated decision and determine the best course of action for my birth plan, etc. She delivered my first baby on 05 November 2024, and I knew from the initial visit that we would be in good hands as our well-being and safety were her greatest priorities.
Post-delivery, the care continued to be outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and Dr. Madhu to anyone seeking exceptional maternity care. She is truly incredible, and I feel lucky to have had her be a part of such a momentous time in my life. Thanking her and the entire team for all their efforts from the bottom of my heart.
