I rated the doctor 5 stars separately, but the hospital's administration and hospitality are extremely poor. The staff seems indifferent to the patient's condition, regardless of its severity. The ward is infested with cockroaches. My father was recovering well in ICU, but his condition worsened after being shifted to the ward. Unfortunately, no one seems to be taking our concerns seriously.

Today, I had a horrible experience at BLK-Max Hospital. I had an appointment with Dr. Gagan Anand (Consultant – Internal Medicine). Believe me, folks! When I entered his room, he made me sit for just 2 minutes—and do you know what he was doing during that time? He was picking his nose continuously and removing mucus. It was such an awful and unhygienic sight that I couldn’t even look at him.
Secondly, when I started describing my condition, he barely listened to me. Without paying proper attention, he quickly wrote a prescription and didn’t even examine my X-rays carefully. His speech was completely unclear and illegible—I couldn’t understand a word he said.
I don’t understand why BLK-Max would risk its reputation by retaining such unprofessional physicians.
I ended up wasting my money and leave. I’m still feeling disturbed and disheartened by this entire experience.
